"Well this is quite a surprise for this review rating from Jill WXXXX. We only provide budgetary estimates due to lots of unknowns when working with plumbing repairs. Our service rates were stated to Jill for the replacement of her bad water heater. We moved our busy work schedule to get our plumbing technician into her home to replace the bad heater as well as provide professional help on other plumbing repairs requested by her. Jill stated to me on my phone review with her after jobs were completed, that she was very happy with Max's work. What Jill did not like, was having to pay extra cost for city code related work or any unknowns. We do ALL our service repairs to city and UPC code. Jill went through great lengths to utilize our skilled plumbing technician to perform handyman tasks, ie rehang her closet door and other small home repair tasks. She didn't like that Max couldn't repair her old Price Pfister lavatory faucets with factory supplied parts. After speaking with Jill about her feelings......I was more then happy to reduce her finial invoices for all completed work. I felt this would show her we always practice good customer satisfaction and go out of our way to make sure our customers are happy. Guess it wasn't enough that she would whittle a service invoice down, she also thought I should remove another 125.00 service call that involved our plumbers time and travel from Rohnert Park to Sonoma to try and fix her old faucets. If anyone should like to discuss this review, I would be more then happy to share any written information with you. Trust, Honesty, and Integrity is important to us. I guess some people just are not able to be happy no matter what you do for them."
"Really enjoyed the fact that I was able to put this home owners mind at ease on taking care of his hot water heater repairs and leaking tub spout prolems He was very worried but happy to have hot water restored to his home. Glad we could make him smile again:)"
