This was my second job with Tamara. She replaced my rental hone with wood floors and now installed new carpet on my primary residence. The result was stunning! Her crew was very experienced and the carpet seams are invisible! Very satisfied with Tamaraâ s work!!!!

Efficient and quality work.

Tamara is amazing to work with! I would recommend her to anyone. She is easy to work with and listens to you. Her contractors do amazing and efficient work. She gave us a timeline for our vinyl flooring and other items and they were on task, on time, and on schedule. We also did a fireplace remodel and we wanted the border replaced. She coordinated a new border at no extra charge. I found Tamara trustworthy and honest.

Tamara worked with us on price, she was professional, and her crew worked really hard to meet the deadline she told us for the project. There were a few things that needed to be touched up and she was more than happy to have her crew come back and fix a few things no questions asked.

Our floors look great. I donâ t think a day has gone by for the last month that my wife doesnâ t say how happy she is with the new floors. I had a a small issue come ip and Tamara sent out a repair person the next day. No questions asked just a quick response. That really stood out, unusual customer service for these days. We highly recommend!!

We initially were given her realtor business card and so did not understand the qualifications or see the great reviews Gould Flooring had, and we were a little hesitant to commit with a budget number and not a lot of details, such as understanding what result we could expect reusing the baseboards. When we got a written proposal the price was good and we felt more comfortable with Gould vs some of the other installers that we had met with, so we went ahead and had them do the job. We love the product (Cortona by Mission Collection, Smokey tan color) and are glad that we got new baseboards (in spite of the work required to paint them which we did to save some money) because we love the result! I would include a couple of pictures but Iâ  m not sure how to get them onto this review platform.. thank you Tamara and Roman for the great work!
