They were called to fix a 12 year old Maytag Neptune washer. He advised it was not worth fixing as it would cost $600. We sincerely appreciated the honesty. They were prompt, professional and courteous.

They came out and they gave me price to look at it. They weren’t sure what it was and said that it could be one of few things. They told me what it would cost for the part and labor. I agreed and they went ahead and did it. It still didn’t work. They didn’t charge me for the labor, but they charged me for the part. They said that they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it and the microwave never worked. They were professional and their prices were fair.

Was able to reach the office by phone at 8am and schedule an on site appointment with a 4 hour window (9-1). David showed up at 9:30 am and determined that our 10 year old Maytag had defrost failure. He defrosted the refer as he went to get new parts and returned approximately 20 minutes later and replaced the parts in addition to replacing the ice maker (which had not worked in months). Next day all seems well with the fridge again. David was professional and clean cut. No other estimates were taken but the $1800. alternative for a new fridge felt like the $270. paid for repairs was much easier on the wallet.

Service man arrived and I told him age of dishwasher and the problems I was having with it, including it not starting reliably. He worked on it for about an hour, intermittently lecturing me about how I couldn't expect a permanent fix in a machine this age. I agreed and he said he would inspect it and try to fix it. I was put off by his bossy manner and evident odor of old tobacco. He was able to get the dishwasher started (don't know how) and I paid him the $100 he requested. After he left, I found no change in the reliability of the dishwasher--it still wouldn't start when turned on, but usually would start after a delay of 1-3 hours. As of today, I have ordered a replacement.

Very impressed with the thoroughness and logic used to diagnose the problem. Symptoms were sporadic working of the in-door water dispenser. Originally thought the water tank had frozen up. Unfortunately we thawed the refrigerator and it didn't work. Called back and the serviceman came out and diagnosed the problem was a combination of an intermittent switch and a bad solenoid. Very thorough and professional analysis, he advised us of the availability and cost of the repair. Came out a week later (parts not available locally) to install. Worked like a champ.

I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY FOR THE CONVINCE OF IT. THE PROCESS TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN I ANTICIPATED, BECAUSE THEY HAD TO ORDER IN PARTS. HOWEVER, THEY WERE ON TIME WHEN THEY MADE THEIR SERVICE CALL. THE WORK THEY DID WAS GREAT.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME IN FOUND THE PROBLEM, LEFT TO GO GET THE PART THEY NEEDED CAME BACK WITHIN AN HOUR AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

The repair was done in a very professional manner. The price, (I thought) was a little high. I liked the fact that the dryer has been working really good since they repaired it.

GOOD AND QUICK. RESPONDED ON TIME, AND AT THE SAME TIME, CHECKED OTHER STUFF RELATED TO WHAT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM. EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM AND HOW TO FIX IT IN THE FUTURE.
