We are a family owned and operated major appliance store. We sell, deliver and install most brands. We also have an extensive parts department for do it yourselfers. We utilize established factory service and third party servicers to service appliances for our customers. They specialize in service and are equipped to keep up with the technology advances of today's major appliances. .

Taylor's Appliance told us that they only service products that they sell. What good is that to the general public using Angie's List? This company should be dropped in the repair category?

"While we try and take care of any customer that calls, right now I have all my technicians working at maximum capacity. We do not have a " we only service what we sell" policy, however, our number one priority is to take care of the customers who bought their products from us before taking on any other work. That is a commitment we make to them when they buy from us. We don't do any paid advertising on Angie's list for this reason. Some days we have room for service calls, some days we don't. Sorry."

The technician was very knowledgeable. He knew what was causing the issue right away. He told me how much before starting the work and was very fast, neat and efficient. I was extremely satisfied with the service and price.

We called Taylor's and they indicated they did not service Samsung refrigerators.  They did however recommend Jurupa appliance and even gave us the phone number.  That's the type of customer service that builds loyalty.

Dennis and his professionalism: he knows the product, he listens, he offers sales advice based upon what he hears and more.  Then there are the many excellent technicians that come to the home, install, remove, etc. Home areas are protected/respected. Tips are given on how to extend machine life/performance. And, of course, the products. Exceptional quality with the company's ability to deliver in reasonable time frames.

They initially came out to look at both the refrigerator and the broken cook top.  The refrigerator turned out to be a shelf fitting problem and they did not charge me. The tech looked at the cooktop, called the office, checked that the part was available and ordered the part.  He came back a week later and installed the cook top quickly and very professionally. The tech's name is Gere.  It was a great experience. They were professional and on time.

Diagnosed the problem in 5 mins, it was a cracked water filter.  Replaced filter with one I had on hand and charged for the service call only.  Very professional, I will use again.

Overall wonderful experience. I called on Tuesday, August 13th and asked when they would be able to come out. They weren't available until Monday the 19th, but the only other place I called quoted me a price that was 4 times what Taylor's had told me, so I decided to sit tight. They called earlier in the week to verify the address I had given and to confirm the date. I wasn't given a time window, so at ten o'clock today I called and asked if they had an idea when the service technician would be coming out. They told me the technician had us scheduled from 12-3. At 12:05 Taylor's called and let us know that the technician was on the way. He was at our house within 25 minutes. Chad was an awesome technician. He told us what was going on and didn't pressure sales of unnecessary parts or service. He even tuned our 2-year-old's guitar before he left :-)
We will definitely call Taylor's in the future.

All went well.  The installers were particularly helpful, giving us hints on keeping the metal finish looking good.
The salesman was also knowledgeable and helped us find a model and make that had the features we wanted.

Provider had been out to look at the refrigerator on a previous appointment and provided a complete estimate. Showed up on time to appointment, and completed work for the estimated amount. Taylor's Appliance has always been responsive, and do a good job on all appliance repairs.

The people were very nice and, based on years of experience with the company, I trusted them completely. At the outset, Taylor's service people suggested that repairing my old refrigerator would be very expensive. My engineer son, later told me that it probably just needed a belt. When the new refrigerator arrived, it turned out we had to rip out the cabinet work in order to fit it in its space. Then it turned out that I was to bear the cost of connecting water to the ice maker. Taylor's offered to do this for 129 dollars. I ended paying twelve dollars for a do-it-yourself kit. I am not as happy with Taylor's as I was before this experience. Still, I can see where I might have been unclear in stating my wishes and rather ill-informed as a refrigerator customer. I certainly should not have ordered the refrigerator over the telephone. By the way, I notice that the ice maker takes up a good deal of the available freezer space.
