RKM Heating & Air Conditioning

RKM arrived on time, were very thorough, and cleaned up afterwards. We were so pleased, we had them clean our daughter?s home too. We?d recommend them to anyone needing their ducts/vents cleaned.

The gentleman who came out was very friendly and professional. he explained all the options for repair vs. replace and gave quotes on both. We would have gone with him except at that time Costco was offering the same unit with a 10year warranty and almost 1000 cash back.

he installed the unusual air filter (I had a new one ready for him), he cleaned my air conditioning unit inside and outside and showed me how to do it in the future, he was polite and friendly.

1958I also asked the technician to replace the air filter. I confirmed with the representative on the telephone that I wanted an air filter placed in the unit and told her that I would pay the additional $17.00. The home was vacant when the tech arrived and I provided the tech with the lock box code to let himself in. When I got to the home to check on the service I discovered that the air filter was not installed (the return was open with no filter installed). The report that I got from the company indicated the size of the filter needed and indicated that one was needed. I think it was an honest mistake and miscommunication. I will use this company again to see if it happens again.

The company called me to verify the appointment and gave me the name of the person that was going to show up at my door. I really did appreciate knowing who I was supposed to expect; I wish others would do the same thing. Luis was on time and professional. I would use this company again.

He was very polite and friendly did everything he was here to do. I did not need anything for my air conditioner as it was in good shape. when he checked my inside filter and saw it was filthy and needed to be changed he offered to change it for me if I had a replacement filter. I am handicapped and cannot do ladders so that was very nice of him to do for me. I did have replacement filter here so he climbed the ladder and replaced it for me. He went over everything with me to let me know how it was working and if anything needed to be done with it. I would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Very good experience. I went to this group after what appeared to be overly inflated AC 'problems' that would require extensive repairs and a proposal to replace the AC unit entirely by Another company. RKM found the unit I good working order and only requiring minor maintenance. Very nice individual did the service.

They answered the phone promptly when I called them and the dispatcher was very friendly and helpful. I returned a call to verify the appointment before they opened, and their answering service was very anxious to help. Peter the technician responded on time. He was professional, knowledgable and efficient. He explained in detail how the system works and showed me the readings of his tests and what they meant. He took time to explain some of the reasons for the low coolant and discussed some repair options that may be needed in the future. He showed me the cost chart of the services so I felt comfortable I was paying the prevailing rate, not a "sliding scale". I had experience with one of their competitors recently, and found RKMs prices more reasonable for the same job in the same area yet without the pressure to sell me a $20,000 unit. I would recommend them to other members.

First technician was confused by the recharging display numbers and rescheduled appointment for two days later. Second tech completed charging and work.

Very courteous and professional company. Answer the phones quickly and every time. Kept me in the loop by text/email. Mr. Peter was prompt and answered all my questions... even educated me a little. I feel confident and comfortable with calling RKM for all my future AC needs. Hands down, one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Thank you Peter and RKM!

The technician was awesome. I felt like he took his time conducting diagnostics and made recommendations but I didn't feel pressured to have any of the additional services performed. Also every time I called in to the company the receptionists were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them again!

Every thing wen smoothly and Scott was very professional about all aspects of finding and solving the cooling unit issues. I would call them again for future service. Very reasonably priced and drove here from through 75 minutes of traffic to get here.

Matt was terrific. Our unit was never cleaned or checked sense it was installed 25 years ago. Purchased the Angie list deal for 59.95. Matt went through the unit both electrically and checked the freon! Later he cleaned the condenser grill and surrounding area. I had used them before for the heating part of the unit last year and again they were professional and extremely informative. I am a Mechanical Engineer and would use them again!!!

even thought an unexpected expense came up in the replacement of a capacitor, my overall experience is a positive one.

My air conditioner wouldn't come on Friday evening facing a long hot week and a wedding reception coming up next week I started calling Saturday morning and wasn't really hopeful since my regular service group wasn't working over the weekend. This phone scheduler wanted to sell me a membership which I turned down. The repair was set for the next morning; Sunday, between 8-11 and they called about 9 to say he would be here about 10:30. which he was. Very professional, found the issue, wire short, fixed in less than an hour and I was unexpectedly pleased. Certainly more than I would expect to pay normally, but it was Sunday morning (and Father's Day) and I was not in a place to be picky. But as I said, surprisingly pleased.

The service tech was very polite and professional. he performed all the services as discussed quickly and thoroughl he answered all the questions that we had and we were very pleased and would use the company again. Thank you Matthew.

Amazingly professional, very knowledgable, and able to work around a computer system glitch with no problems.

The tech arrived on time, was professional and repaired a plugged drain in the attic. Will use them next time!
