Description of Work: Cleaned our air ducks as requested. Matt arrived on time, very professional, answered all my questions and cleaned up after their work. I asked for several additional quotes and Matt provided the quote for annual service and some additional work I knew we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: Got an estimate for repairing air conditioner charged $65. However estimate was never sent to me. Had to call up and finally sent. Indicated would need to get a price on a part or could not provide any warrent. Never got back to me on price. Called and was told looking in to price. Never bothered to get back to me. Gave up and called another company to do the work They should refund the $65 for not following through. Certainly not a reliable company. Can not understand how they got rated highly by Angie's list

Im sorry that you fell you had a poor experience. I do show that we are out oct. 25 which was saturday and wanted a qoute for oem parts. Manufactures are not open the weekends and cannot cross reference directly with them tell the week day. Manufacture gave the part and details 4:25 pm Monday oct. 27 and your exact price installed was sent out Tuesday Oct. 28 via email. I do Show the was also a quotes giving same day for after market while the technician was on site on Oct 25 As we do carry a fully stocked Vehicle for doing repairs, some parts especially oem do have to be ordered at times and require more time to do so. Im glad to here that you did get your system back up and running

Description of Work: I bought a $200 coupon for AC vent cleaning. I gave it to my dad because the AC vents in his house hardly blow out any cool air. After the tech examined my dad's vents, the tech said the vents didn't need any cleaning. Instead, the tech and my dad settled on using the $200 coupon for a new programmable thermostat with installation. The thermostat the tech installed cost $33 on Amazon and took 15 minutes to install - a value, generously, of at most $100. The remaining $100 we're not refunded nor were additional services provided. I feel overcharged and disappointed.

We see that you had purchased a duct cleaning for your property but then requested that the service be preformed on another after arriving which we were more than happy to do. Arrived at the second property and the gentleman there did not want to do the duct cleaning and wanted thermostat installed instead. We reschedule and made another trip to the property to install the thermostat. Yes you can buy PRO parts online but may void warranty if not installed by a licensed contractor and we do need to charge for labor and do not charge trip charges as most companies do. All techs are tracked and and show arrival and customer signature sign out for a total of 1hr 15min. We also do show a credit on your account for there remaining amount which was explained to us to hold for future services.

Description of Work: The air conditioner was not cooling the house. They discovered that the duct work had not been properly attached and had come apart causing the air conditioner to suck in the hot attic air. They repaired it and the air conditioner is working great.

7/12/13 I do show that we were out at the property and worked on your new home. We did install to new Wifi thermostat and both work with the units properly but the complaint that one does not connect to your internet. We tried to call multiple times to schedule to come out to resolve the issue. 8/6/13 We were able to get appointment scheduled and came out. At this time we could not get it to connect and would replace under warranty. needed part to do so. unit was working properly with stat but not connecting to internet. Again we tried multiple times to schedule to replace stat and no return call to do so. We also tried contacting via email and phone for your bi annual tunes ups that were pre purchesed but without return calls. 3/26/14 I was personally scheduled to come out to spring tune ups. No adult was present for the wifi internet access code and again were not able to connect to wifi but Stat was changed out at that time we strive to provide service and every means that we can do to contact our customer via email, mail and phone. We do warranty all work and guarantee what is installed labor and materials. I am truly sorry for the in convince this may have caused you and hope that you will fill comfortable using use in the future We are more than happy to contact you in others means if you would like.

He provided helpful information about maintaining our older unit, as well as info for possible future improvements. |I also used RKM for a service call at another home. Superb! |That service man was also prompt and provided what was needed. No hard sell! Fantastic!
