Description of Work: Got the special for annual service, but knew I had an issue with my AC. They spent significant hours on checking it, got parts by the next day (weekend), and have me running now.

Description of Work: I was first surprised service man showed up in his own vehicle. He had to stop his inspection because his equipment battery died. He recommended a part and of course it was not on his truck so he was going to call me with availability and cost to come back again and never did. Nice and polite guy but not a company I would use again.

Description of Work: The company arrived as scheduled and performed exactly as expected. It was discovered that my unit's compressor was broken so I was no longer eligible for the coupon I purchased. But before too long my air conditioning was up and running and I can't be more grateful.

Description of Work: Performed 26 Point Air Conditioning Tune-Up. I was very impressed with their service and because of their professionalism I also purchased their Comfort Care Package, which I asked about, they did not offer it to me until I asked about maintenance time lines.

Description of Work: The tech performed a diagnostic and determined that the reason our air conditioning unit wasn't cooling was that the capacitor had failed. He replaced the unit. The whole visit took only about 30 minutes. The tech was courteous and professional. The invoice, which they email instead of giving you a paper copy, suggested that we have a few "tune-up" tasks performed. The tech didn't explain these to me and I had to call the company to find out what they entailed. But I was very pleased that they were able to send someone so quickly. It was the middle of August in Moreno Valley, CA, and we had already had one night of sleeping without air conditioning. Whew!
