They did a great job. I am waiting for a different bid from the same company. He came through twice and checked the house. He did a great job.

The folks from RKM were extremely professional and punctual. I received a call to schedule my appointment within hours of purchasing through Angie's List. The on site techs were thorough and professional and due to a strange angle in the vent, came back a second day to complete the job at no additional cost. I was so impressed that I had them replace and relocate my thermostat a couple of weeks later, and they did an outstanding job with this as well.

The technician was knowledgeable and repaired our system.

The technician, Robert, was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained, in an understandable way, the repairs, options, and costs. He also performed the tasks in a reasonable amount of time, and as-far-as I can tell, did a competent job on the repairs and service. I will use RKM in the future for my heating and A/C needs.

Did not replace filters or check ducting as advertised.

They were punctual and cleaned our house air ducts as promised.

They came to the house for an assessment within three days of purchasing the deal. The guy gave us an estimate around $2,000 for all kinds of repairs. It was 105 degree weather and he said he couldn't perform the repairs for another two weeks. My brother looked at the unit after RKM left and found that they turned off the blower. I believe he did this to make us believe it was broken and that we needed to do his suggestions. At that point, my brother said I should get a second opinion. We called another company to come out for a second opinion. This company fixed the unit for $80 and got it working perfectly! The unit is working great still! It was a simple fix and RKM took advantage of the situation. The unit was in my elderly Mother's home and we were desperate for air because it was very hot. In my opinion, RKM is not honest.

Angie's list coupon for $59 air conditioner tune up said to buy multiple deals for multiple units, but fine print said only one per household. RKM advised that I buy a second coupon not knowing that the website only permitted one to be bought. Angie's list customer service assisted me in buying a second coupon. RKM technician assured me that even had I not been able to purchase a second coupon, they still would've honored the promotional price for the second AC unit. The technician did a thorough check of both units and emailed me pictures documenting the things he checked. He offered me optional services but did not push them. I am very pleased with the service and would certainly use them again.

I got the big deal to get conformation that I needed it replaced. It was a very competitive bid to replace the A/C. They offered a credit for what we paid and gave good explanation. We were very satisfied. They didn't try to up-sell.

My wife and I received a few estimates from companies - from coupon mailers - to clean our ducts. Those companies felt "shady" and we did not feel comfortable using them. Our neighbor installs solar systems and told us he has heard good things about RKM HEATING but has not used them himself. We called RKM and a tech / MICHAEL came out on time as scheduled. An estimate was given for the service and an appt was made to do the work. The duct cleaning was to be done first and the blower on another day. MATT came out and the ducts were cleaned without incident. A few days later, Matt and Michael came out to clean the blower. They were not able to access the coil without tearing out drywall so that portion was skipped. A check of the system showed two capacitors were going bad so they were changed. Matt and Michael were both polite and professional. They explained everything they did. We would use RKM HEATING again in the future.

Went well he did a number of things including putting some coolant in the system. I liked him he was professional and straightforward he was everything you would hope to get. He made appropriate suggestion. Follow up was not good though and he said someone would call back and they never did I had to call. I did have a 2 hour consultation and he did not charged me for that. But I'm still waiting on the bid.

I didnt get the deal completed at this time because it turned out to be bad timing for me. I had contact with this company through phone calls and emails and they were professional and prompt.

The service went well. They actually ended up identifying a huge leak where the tape had gotten old and was leaking dust into the house. They were able to resolve the issue easily and the duct system works much better now. They were very responsive and came out the same day I called. I paid an additional $350 for the additional work. The technicians were friendly and efficient workers. It only took them and hour or two to complete theservice.

They performed work last week, I already paid them $750 and the jobs not done. Its hard to schedule them to get work done right away.

In the order I filled it said work dates July 7,8,9 I called them they earliest opening they have is July 10, so i called another Angie company Magnolia heating and air conditioning they were able to fix the problem on 7th July.

I was not at home, my son-in law oversaw the work, it took most of the day as we have 2 furnaces and a 2-storey house. I chose to have the ducts cleaned as I had a lot of dry wall repair and didn't want the dust & debris circulating when the AC or heat was in operation. The house 'smells' better now after the duct cleaning.

I set the appointment and confirmed the day before. I was told the service would take 3 - 4 hours and that the technician would arrive closer to 1 pm for the 3 hour window. When I called that day at 2 pm, I was told the tech would arrive at 4 pm, which means he would be working until 8 pm that night, which is very different than what I had been told. I had plans that evening that I could not keep because of this. When the tech did arrive (at 4:30 pm) I found out he was overbooked that day, which caused him to be so late. I wish I was told that when I called earlier to the office. The tech was great, explained everything, and did a fantastic job. If it weren't for the complete screw up on the time of the appointment, I would give a great review. While I am not happy about the delay in the appointment time or missing out on my plans for the evening, I would use them again, but be sure to have the entire day open for the appointment.
