Matthew S was on time, polite and explained what he would do. He required no help and took about 45 minutes to do a thorough vent and dryer/washer area cleaning.

They arrived on time. They did an excellent job. I will use this company in the future.

Provider informed me that I was stupid for having my air condition unit inspected because it was winter. Then told me that it was going to cost 5,000 dollars for having it remounted to the roof. I did not do this. It still on my roof and running fine. This was a waste of money. A gimmic to get you to pay more for something you dont

The service for the big deal from RKM Heating & Air Conditioning was where I did the heating and air conditioning tune up. That was good. They were a good company. I really liked the guy who came out and did a thorough job. It was great. I have nothing bad to say. I would like other Angie's List members to know that it was just overall excellent. They were respectful people and they were done at time and everything was really good. They did a good job and it was a fair price. The price also was great.

It was excellent. I would refer them. They did everything right and they were professional. I would use them again. The price seemed all right but there was no charge because we had a warranty from them. I would say it's very fair. They arrived just when they said they would. My husband was very, very pleased with them. He said they're definitely the good guys.

It was great -- they were wonderful! The company sent 1 tech who was at the condo for about 3 hours; he did the inspection and spent a lot of time checking out the compressor outside. We had him do some changes and repairs as a result of his inspection.

It was smooth. The guy that showed up was courteous and very nice. We even hired them a second time.

ON 2/10/15, DESIRED RKM TO CLEAN MY DUCKS. I OBTAINED THE DEAL ON ANGIES LIST. RKM COULD NOT CLEAN MY DUCKS BECAUSE THE DUCKS WERE OLD FIBERGLASS DUCKS AND THE CLEANING WOULD ADGITATE MY OLD DUCKS SENDING FIBERGLASS INTO THE HOME. RKM GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR $2,876. THE QUOTE WAS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF MY OLD DUCKS, MICROPURE AIR CLEANER AND 1 YEAR COMFORT CLUB MEMBERSHIP. I USED RKM BECAUSE THEY WERE HIGHLY RATED ON ANGIES LIST AND THE INTERNET. I ALSO RECENTLY INSTALLED R-30 INSULATION. RKM STATED THAT THEY COULD WORK ARROUND THE INSULATION. I AM VERY HAPPLY WITH THE WORK. RKM DID WORK ARROUND THE INSULATION AND TRIED TO PUT IT BACK IN THE ORIGINAL STATE OF CONDITION. WE NOTICED THE DIFFERENCE OF THE AIR QUALITY IN OUR HOME. MY WIFE HAS ASMA. WE HAVE NOTICED THE IMPROVEMENT OF HER HEALTH. ALSO THE MICROPURE AIR CLEANER DOES ELIMATED COOKING ODERS. RKM ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE MICROPURE AIR CLEANER AND DUCK WORK TO MY SATISFACTION DURING THE JOB. ALSO MY PAYMENT BY MY DEBIT CARD COULD NOT BE PROCESS. RKM ACEPTED MY PERSONAL CHECK WOULD I DID APPRECIATE. .

Arrived on time. Very polite and personable, professional and thorough. But the machine broke and had to wait a week to complete the job. They said they would call to complete the job when part arrived, but I had to call to reschedule. One vent cover was bent when it was reinstalled. I called and they came out and brought a new one and offered to install it. Cost: was Angies list special offer.

They did a fantastic job. They came shortly after I bought the Big Deal. They were very thorough and professional. They were very clean and made sure they cleaned the mess. They are actually heating and air conditioning people and during the winter, they use this as a fill-in. There was no additional cost. They knew what they were doing.

Much improved. Before the service, the A/C blew dirty, dusty air, which covered all surfaces. After the service, no more dust. One minotr nit, the servicer missed one vent in the master bathroom; I had removed it from the wall for painting, so he missed it (I wasn't there for the service, my daughter was and didn't know about the vent). RKM GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR NEW DUCKS AND A MICROPURE AIR CLEANER AND ONE YEAR SERVICE MAINTENANCE. DUCK WORK: $1,896.00, MICRO AIR CLEANER: 825.00. MAINTENACE: $155.00. SINCE RKM IS AN A RATED WITH ANGIESLIST, I WILL SERIOUSLY CONSIDER HAVING THE WORK DONE WITH RKM.

They were fairly good and communication was bad. The quality of work was not good for the most time. I would tell members to check the work before they leave.

Another time they came out when my system was not cooling. They welded holes in the system and filled it with freon. They were prompt, professional and got the job done. But their prices are very high. I don't remember the precise dates but it was in 2014. Probably about June or July.

It went perfect..Problem fixed in short amount of time and definitely recommend to others.

The service was good; however, the price was high for what they did. It took him 15 minutes to provide the service and the part was around $50 so I have no idea why they charged so much money.

The men showed up within the window of time and promptly got to work. Each step of the process had been explained in detail. They were efficient and and the whole process was very neat and tidy. I plan to utilize this company to install a whole house fan in April of this year, and they will be coming at least twice a year to check my heating and air conditioning units.

They’re not able to perform the task b/c the vents are so old that they might get damaged. I may use them for replacing the ducts altogether, although it's up to my landlord.

The technician came in, checked the furnace and concluded the problem was with the thermostat. The technician offered to replace the thermostat, but I declined. Once the thermostat was replaced by me, the heating unit has worked great. The technician performed a multi check review of the system that uncovered a part that was wearing down. I decided to replace the part and we should be good for a few more years.

Nov. 16, 2013 Furnace service and safety check. Paid $202.68 Jan. 2014, Furnace not working. Repair. No charge under warranty March 2014. Furnace not working. Repair. No charge under warranty. April 3, 2014 Furnace not working. Main circuit board replaced. Paid $642 December 16, called in as furnace is not working (burner not kicking on) no heat. Service scheduled for Dec. 17, 2014 (four hour time window). I was Informed there will be a diagnostics fee ($55) if other than the circuit board is the problem. Your guess is good as any as to why RKM can't seem to figure it out. They seem capable. I am still hopeful.
