Description of Work: Our home only had a wall AC in the master and a wall heater in the living room. Needless to say, we needed some upgrading. Since the rest of the country was 5' deep in snow and we were in the 80's, my husband and I felt we might not survive the summer without AC. | |Robert came out, met with us, gave us honest advice and took us step by step through our options. He took the extra time to really help us make the right choice for our home, explained the financing offered through our city which made it affordable, and not once did we feel he was trying to up sell or pressure us in any way. If anything, he talked us out of the more expensive choice because it wasn't necessary. By the time he left it felt like we had a new friend. | |All the work was completed as expected, we've had no problems, the AC works beautifully and now we are wondering how we ever did without it. I would recommend RKM to anyone, I'm actually a little sad we no longer have a reason to have Rob come out anymore!

Description of Work: Punctual, professional. Took time to show and explain procedure. Put down protective covers on floor. Only question I had was the length of the snake used to run through the ducts...it didn't seem long enough to fully travel the duct. Results seem satisfactory...there's less dust in the house since the cleaning.

Description of Work: Special on A/C and heating duct cleaning. Matthew checked out our whole system and found a few minor problems and gave us the option of how to address them, absolutely no pressure. They did a great job and we will use them in the future for all our A/C and heating needs.

Description of Work: They came out and did an inspection of the air conditioning unit of a home I was purchasing. They cut to the chase, diagnosed the problem and gave me a good idea what condition the units were in. I was so impressed by the technician robert. He was so good. They want your business not just your money. They don't fix things that are not broken. They do not overcharge. They even came out the same day when I was in my house and ready to had the repairs done. Great company!
