I received a Rightime A/C tuneup coupon in the mail and called them up to give them a try. A got a service appointment for Saturday evening, a week later. On Saturday morning a Rightime technician called me and said he had time and could be at my house in an hour if that was ok. I agreed. An hour and a half later the Rightime office calls me and says the tech can't keep the appointment because my A/C unit is over 3 years old and that they would have to send a different technician the following Friday night between 6 and 9. Again I agreed. Friday a week later, no technician, no call, nothing! The next morning (Saturday) I received a text apologizing for the no show and lack of communication along with a request to setup another appointment a week later. That would make my wait time a full 3 weeks. I responded "no thanks, I'd rather deal with a responsible company. I can't comment on their work since I haven't experienced it. I can only assume it's as bad as their customer service which SUCKS!!

It went ok but they are so overpriced it’s ridiculous!!! They wanted to charge us $2200.00 to install a hot water heater they claimed was construction grade (who cares) but that’s all they carry! My husband was able to talk them down a couple hundred bucks. They left us a $50.00 gift card so since we needed a couple small jobs done we decided to use the gift card about a week later. They sent out this guy who wasn’t able to take care of the 2 problems we had, a leaky backyard faucet and leaky shower head. For both jobs he told us it was going to be $680.00 because the backyard faucet needed to be sweated off cause the builders of the home had soldered it on. He was too inexperienced and didn’t know what to do when it started to drip he kept stopping and left an hour and a half later accomplishing nothing! I ended up hiring another guy from a different company and spent $400.00 less than RightTime for the same 2 small jobs. I decided to ask my other plumber what he would have charged for a hot water heater and he told me $1450.00 out the door. Oh well.....lesson learned!

We bought toilets to be installed from Home Depot. Rescue Rooter had the contract. We originally were scheduled for a Tuesday, but had to reschedule for today. Doug showed up at the appointed time and after introductions, showed him where to install the toilets. After picking them up at Home Depot, he began the prep work. After discovering some potential issues, he immediately informed me and came up with the solution. When he began to install the first toilet, there was an unforeseen problem of it being too high. So instead, he continued to install the other two while I thought about the problem. I informed my wife about the problem and she and Doug went to Home Depot for a shorter toilet. After a few hours, the installations where done. With all plumbers/installers I had in the past, Doug was most helpful and most accommodating while being very professional. I checked out his work and I found it very satisfactory. I would highly recommend them to have work done.

They were terrible. They told me they needed to reroute piping, install a new toilet, and other things. They chipped my tile and put my toilet in incorrectly and now the lid won't stay up because the toilet is too far forward. They had a second employee come out to fix it and they still weren't able to! They cause a lot of concrete and linoleum damage when they installed the new sewer line. Plus, they charged me $2200 for the low quality of work! I would never use them again and I wouldn't want anyone else to either!

This company charged me $300 to unclog a drain. I was very dissatisfied with their prices, and after speaking with a neighbor that had the same work performed, I called them back to see why their prices were so high. They told me that there were additional services that came with the $300 I paid but they had not performed them at the time of the appointment. I would not recommend this company.

It turned out okay. It was an unusual situation where one of the showers had never been used after 9 years. When we used it, there was no hot water. They were able to take it apart and found the original builder did not attach the proper plumbing line. It took a while for him get in there, but he was able to fix it and we have hot water now.

I was not satisfied at all. He said my plumbing broke inside the wall and it had to be torn down. They charged a lot of money and didn't fix the problem at all or fix the wall. I had to fix it myself.

The service they provided was free and the guy that did it was very nice. They made a video for me of the areas then he explained and showed the pictures to me. He cleaned up after himself and, altogether, they were very helpful.

Needed to call a local plumber to help install a faucet in an outdoor kitchen.  Plumber showed up on time and asked for $140 to diagnose and fix the problem.  Thinking all would be taken care of, I paid and left to run an errand.  When I returned my wife said we owed another $180 to replace a pipe in the water heater (which did not have a problem).  He had no idea how to hook up the faucet since his expertise seemed to include water heaters only.  How his attention morphed from the outside  faucet problem we discussed to the inside water heater during my absence was beyond me.  I refused to pay the additional and sent him on his way still with the faucet un-installed and out $140.  Forget these guys!

PLUMBER WAS CALLED IN THREE TIMES ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASION TO FIX SAME PROBLEM. FIRST TIME WAS DONE FAST AND NOT CAUTIOUSLY, 2ND TIME WAS A QUICK FIX AND THIRD TIME THEY WERE CALLED THEY DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL THE 2ND DAY.
