Where the air conditioner hooks onto the electrical panel on the outside of the house, where the compressor is, it had melted. I had been dealing with them for four or five years. I knew that they would help me out if nothing else but on the phone but to call and know they could come right out and not charge you extra. They also have the  truck with the parts on it. It took them all of 40 minutes to replace it and take care of it and turn everything back on. They were very good. What is nice is, because you're already a customer they seem to not charge you the late charge. 

They have excellent customer service and do very high quality work.

The Technician was professional.

The old forced air furnace was in the attic which made access and changing the air filter difficult.  The new furnace had to also go in the attic area as there was no other place for it.  Other  heating and air contractors that I had give me estimates wanted to place the filter in the ceiling, just below the point were the heater was in the attic. I didn't like this because it meant using a step-ladder to change the filter, and because the return would suck in hot air from the ceiling.  I wanted the return closer to the floor because the colder air falls as the warmer air rises, and I wanted the furnace to warm the colder air and draw the warmer ceiling air down to where I could feel it.  This would also make changing the air filter much easier.
Hush was the only contractor that provided a solution that placed the air return closer to the floor as I wanted.  On the day of installation, they arrived on time, widened the attic access hole to meet current code standards, dismantled the old furnace so they could fit the parts through the attic access hole and then installed the new furnace.  They also installed a new digital thermostat. The then tested the new furnace and showed me how to use the thermostat.  The job was finished as scheduled and they even gave me a half a dozen air filters.    I was and am still very happy with the results.

He was very helpful. They were fine. They came on time. They were prompt and professional.

Turned out to be a minor problem and only charged us a service call.

prompt professional service.  issue was not resolved on first visit but i called and tech (may have been owner?) came back the next day.  then i had an issue w/ another unit.  at first my call was not returned.  i called again and they were very responsive.  resolved that issue in 2 visits as well.  i will most likely use them for any future service. 

good workmanship, no bs, maybe pricier than others but worth it if all goes well.

He is very honest about his prices, professional, prompt, answered all my questions, and I can't say enough good about him. I dont feel that A is a good enough rating so I wish I was able to give him A+.

I would use this company over and over again when needed. This company provided outstanding customer service. When they came out to examine my central air unit they determined that I just needed a fuse.

WHENEVER THIS COMPANY COMES OUT I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH AND THINGS ARE ALWAYS HANDLED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. THIS COMPANY HAS REALLY GOOD PRICES AS WELL.

COMPANY CAME OUT EVALUATED MY AIR CONDITIONING UNIT SYSTEM AND CHECK TO SEE IF ANY THING NEEDED TO BE DONE. AS THEY EVALUATED THE SYSTEM THEY NOTICED THAT I WAS VERY LOW ON COOLANT AND THEY REFILLED IT. I AM REALLY HAPPY USING THIS COMPANY.
