They spent time going through each hole and putting down whatever was needed to kill them. They returned a few more times for follow up and to ensure the gophers were gone. They were very informative and I would highly recommend their services. They were very reasonably priced. I spoke with two other gopher companies and their price was reasonable compared to the other two estimates I received. They were on time, responsive, and the man who I dealt with was very nice. I would definitely recommend their services.

The service was good. My husband mainly dealt with them. We did change services since but we used them for a while.

I made the call and they responded that day.  He was thorough, professional, and completely communicative.  There was nothing funny about the experience...all business, no upcharging.  I'd call again tomorrow, but would rather you be the one to call instead.  I hate gophers.  I bought ever kind of Home Depot poison, including the smokers, bait, and the sun-charged noise maker.  That gopher made his home and didn't care about my purchases.  Then I made the call!  :-)

I have been using them for a couple of years, and they are good. If the gophers ever came up, and a pet found one and ate it, it wouldn’t hurt the animal at all. They are good. They are really conscientious. They are very responsive. I can talk to them and they will answer all my questions. They come out and explain what they are going to do. They always do what they say they are going to, and I don’t even have to be there as long as the gates are open so that they can get in my yard.

They do follow up they remove the animals to see if you have any more problems. They are a pleasure to deal with.

For a single treatment, they charge like $150.  If you have an annual contract with them, it is somewhere around $45 to $50 depending on how much you are wanting.  They are reliable.  In between their monthly maintenance visits, if I find a mound and call them they come out and take care of that immediately in the next day or two.  Every once in a while when I have a question about other services, they have been able to provide that as well.  I had fungus in the grass, and they have treated that for me.

They’ve been wonderful. Right now it doesn’t cost me anything, because I had a warranty. I paid for 4 visits, but they’ll just keep coming out until they get rid of the rats. There’s no charge for the extra visits. They’re polite and knowledgeable, and they get the rats out. They went up to the attic, which nobody else would do. The first two companies I hired didn’t want to go up there, even though I told them I thought I heard sounds in the attic. These people didn’t hesitate. They’ve just been very responsive. They are my preferred vendor. Their pricing is probably just average. I like the idea that I only pay for 4 visits, but they’ll keep coming out until the vermin are gone. Their work is very good. One technician called me in the morning, just to check with me and ask if there were any problems with rats that day. I thought that was quite nice. I’ve worn out the four visits, but I’ll be using them again.

It went great. My first visit was positive, and my follow-up visit was great. I wish my gopher and squirrel problems were gone for good, but I really didn't expect 2 visits to do it. I'll probably be signing up for a monthly plan, but I'm not un-happy about that.

They take care of the issue for us on a monthly basis and they always do great work.

It costs $70 or $90 a month. Eventually, we would only do the gopher treatment and not the ant treatment. Their price then would go down to $60. They came out and did an inspection. It has been good. They did an initial treatment for a flat rate that I could not remember and for thirty or sixty days of trial. They would have thirty days of guarantee and they would do it for free if you had another problem or so. They are good.

I sought out Gopher Patrol after 2 years of problems that couldn't be dealt with on my own (gas cartridges from Home Depot) or my regular exterminator. I located Gopher Patrol online and requested an appt on their site. I got a call within the hour and scheduled an appt for later in the week. The rep was a little late but he called twice to let me know he was held up by traffic. Upon arrival, he examined our yard, gave a clear explanation of which critter was causing the problem (gophers), how they operate and what his company does to get rid of them. He also answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about different methods of treatment as well as California laws regulating chemicals used. The fee was for 2 treatments with a 30-day guaranty. He also gave me a quote for monthly service, should that be required at a later date. He showed up as promised for the follow-up treatment, calling a day before to verify. I was very pleased with the experience and wished I'd called sooner; perhaps my lawn would not have suffered so much damage.
