Abe disabled a 92-year-old lady AC unit during a freeze-up; the ambient temperature was over 100 degrees. Took out a $14,900 loan to replace a unit that needed to defrost due to a dirty air filter. Double the going rate! For a unit that did not need replacement and was verified by another company to be leak-free. Deceitful business practices, a goose egg for integrity, and an absolute failure in humility! The loan was cancelled, and now they are trying to fraudulently claim the work was completed and payable. The job was never completed; they left a 92-year-old woman who had just been released from the hospital to suffer in extreme heat conditions. They disabled a unit to make a buck! I Have filled a complaint with CSLB.

Our heater went out unexpectedly during winter. Ace was there in less than 24 hours, & fixed the problem swiftly. Andrew was professional, pleasant, & gave very good information. I was told that the service call would be $39.00 dollars. but because the service man looked at two units I had to pay double I had to pay $78.00 dollars not good!!!

Michael came out and addressed our AC issue at the time. He was very professional and polite. Quoted us a fair and honest price. Abraham was a LIFESAVER!!! He is the only air conditioning repairman who was able to provide same-day service on a day when the temperature was expected to go up to 108. Abraham contacted me within 10 minutes of when HomeAdviser referred me to him. Abraham told me he would be at my home between 10:00AM and noon. He arrived at 11:00AM, and even called me ahead of his arrival to let me know he was en-route to my house. He was very, very nice. My only complaint is that the service was VERY EXPENSIVE. The service cost $500 to add refrigerant and replace two tiny parts.This seems a bit excessive.
