Fletcher's Landscape & Maintenance

Fletchers ruined my lawn and my front gate. They never come when scheduled, often coming the next day. Today I had my lawn in good shape till Fletchers came. I had called and was told they were coming and I asked that lawn not be mowed this week. I even spaced red flags on lawn. And a Lack of Professionalism. The mowers pulled the red flags and threw them both in the street and in my neighbors yards. Then to open my gate they grabbed the top of the gate and yanked it open which pulled 2 wood slats off and didn't fix it. Mowing my newly fertilized lawn ruined $110 worth of special fertilizer. They also cut the lawn too short because the temp is 100 degrees. So I'm left with a scalped brown lawn, a gate to repair, and having to apologize to my neighbors for the red flags in their yards and the street. I fired them as soon as I saw what they did.

Poorly.

Wow these guys are great, a great price, great work, finished quickly with no issues at all. 5 dead oak trees removed and the stumps ground down for $2,650 that's $530 per tree...... amazing price.  Oh and yes they are insured I asked and he confirmed with a copy of the insurance. I am going to schedule them again for landscape work as well.

Mr. Fletcher visited my home to review the landscaping plans.  After several calls to get a quote, Mr. Fletcher finally sent a dollar quote - no details, like materials included or labor only; just a dollar quote.  Several more calls to Mr. Fletcher and we were able to schedule a time for him to meet with me for an hour or so.  I took the day off from work.  A few minutes before he was to arrive, his office called, saying there was a "tree emergency," so he could not make it.  She said that Mr. Fletcher would call me to reschedule.  Well, I am not calling him anymore, and guess what - I've not heard from him!  Not surprised.  Problem is that he still has my landscaping plans.
Again, I have (had) landscaping plans and a solid budget.  What gives?

A lot was promised, not much delivered.

The price was good and they did good work.

Called Weds. afternoon and Lisa returned my call that evening scheduling a check-up the next day. Rudy arrived on time and went right to work. He definitely knows what he is doing and made several recommendations to update my irrigation system. He was great and I highly recommend Fletcher's Landscape and Maintenance, Inc. for your irrigation and landscape work. Thanks Lisa for sending Rudy.

Unfortunately, after 3 and a half years, I had to cancel the service, due to not only the price increase, but the blatant lack of integrity and honesty in their customer service, specifically by Lisa, the Owner's wife! Most of the time, the service was good, however, since I was a long time, loyal customer, I am surprised that they accepted the cancellation of my account with absolutely no hesitation. The fact that they had raised their prices and would no longer honor the $65 per month full service, was not the issue. Had they simply explained that to me, I would have kept their service. They lied to me, and do not at all value their customers as they will just move on to the next person and provide bad service.
I contacted the Company and explained the misunderstanding and my complete confusion and was told that they would perform one more weekly service at no charge to me. That was on October 1st. As of today, October 15th, no one has been out to service my lawn. Complete lack of integrity and honesty in business!

Terrible, the worst service I've ever had. We hired Fletcher’s last year for our home and office building. David Fletcher was a great salesman, telling me exactly what I needed to hear…and that he was always available by phone or email. That was just about the last time I was ever able to reach him or anyone else at Fletcher’s. No followup on phone calls, phone messages or emails…unless our check was a few days late getting to them.
The service became consistently worse, a cursory mow of the front lawn and gone within 15 or 20 minutes. Weeds were growing everywhere. I’m not sure they ever even stepped into the back yard. After a year of poor service and having our calls ignored, we fired Fletcher’s. It took two gardeners a full day each to get our landscaping back into shape. All work that we were paying Fletcher’s to take care of. I’ve never had a landscape maintenance company skip service on the last week of months with five weeks. Not sure if this is normal or not.

Two technicians arrived at time given when appointment made. Listened to all my concerns and addressed them in professional way. Had new parts to replase those broken or missing. I definately will call this company again if I have a problem with my watering system.

The first contact with the company was great. As soon as we had a concern it became hard to reach them. They never called back,showed uo when they were supposed to. To much trouble./

They removed the trees, grind the stumps and roots and cleaned up after they were finished, The workmen were friendly, professional and did an excellent job.
