Description of Work: Hired to do repairs to house, expand bed room, remodel kitchen, bath, insulate guest room, cover deck. Took about 2 years to do guest room, kitchen, and laundry room. Bedroom not done, didnt like their plan. Bath not done, they ran out of money. My trash cans used, junk left behind garage for months. Labors digging trench walked off job. Code not followed. Had to explain that GFI sockets needed a ground to work. Cemented over vinyl tiles. Honestly the kitchen looks nice, lots of little things to b**** about, like a 900 watt microwave when I said 1200, not the stove I wanted. Covered old popcorn ceiling with new drywall. | |I will say they got here on time. The quality is about what I would expect of someone redoing cheap apartments on a budget. |
