All-in-all, it had a really good experience buying my car at Towne Ford, specifically with John Cole the head of Internet Sales. I found the purchase process very straightforward. John was able to get me the deal that I wanted, and he was professional and direct during the process. He was very knowledgable about the car I wanted and comparable vehicles. After I purchased the car, he showed me how to connect everything and setup my accounts for the car. I plan on leasing there again.
I will update this as I go through the service department with my car over the next couple of years.

They are very good. They have good price on the car and good service. I guess they are about the same 5 years ago as far as prices go. I am more interested in the service, which has been very good.

Because I did not want to use them they gave me a hard time. There used to be a manger there that was really nice, but it seems as thought that is not the case anymore. They offered to do do things that were not needed right away. I would not go there unless I absolutely had to. A positive is that they have someone to pick you up and drop you off when you are having work done and the driver is especially nice.
