The parts arrived for the stove and the tech is coming back to repair the stove they are covering the cost. We will see how this new crew does.

I selected $127 for the first two and $92 for the rest of the cleans with a $150 penalty to cancel in the first 12 months. The other options would have cost $187 for the first two ($50 more) and $101 each subsequent clean ($9 more). Since that initial visit I have not been able to get a hold of anyone in a local office. Their phones get routed to the franchise call center who knows where. The first two cleans where "inspected" by a field supervisor who missed a water puddle on the floor and streaks on the glass of my china cabinet. This morning I left clean sheets and duvet covers on the bed to change, and we received a call on our machine this evening that was none to polite that it is extra $3 to change sheets and too include it in the next check. My husband picked up in the middle, and spoke with the owner/manager asking her to waive it as we where not aware. We are SHOCKED that they will nickel and dime us for $3 and thinking of canceling our contract.

THEY WERE A GOOD COMPANY. THEY WOULD SEND DIFFERENT CREWS OUT, AND SOMETIMES ONE CREW WOULD CLEAN BETTER THAN OTHERS. THEY WERE ALSO NOT VERY EASY TO GET A HOLD OF.
