Description of Work: I had a small chip on my windshield, I was told that the estimate is 180$ since the damage was the size of a dime, |I looked up on other sites later on and found that there are companies repairing this kind of damage for under 50$.

+ -1 moreMy insurance company referred me to Safelite. Their customer service reps were knowledgeable and courteous. The technician called when he was on his way, arrived at my house in the designated time frame, and completed the replacement in 30-45 minutes. He was very courteous, and explained the safety instructions thoroughly before leaving and also gave me written instructions with my receipt.
Description of Work: Our front windshield, with a rain sensor, on a high end SUV was replaced in our driveway.

+ -1 moreThe installation went great. The guy came to my work and I didn't even have to move my car. I made the appt. online and the work was done the next day. My appt. window was from 8-5, so the day of the appt, I called the dispatch and got an accurate time for when he was coming. Also, he sanded down/primed some rust and installed a different kind of molding to prevent additional rust.

NOT ONLY THAT, THE REPLACEMENT WAS DONE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR...AND WAS CHEAPER THAN TWO OTHER BIDS IN NEIGHBORING CITIES. I LIKE THAT KIND OF SERVICE.
