Called me as they had been running late - no problem. Arrived at time the told me. Very professional and explained all the details of what they needed to do.
One item to note - we bought the special for $139 (great deal) but that was for a 12 foot sectional. The extra 3 feet was an additional $110 bucks. Seemed kind of high but didn't really have a choice. I guess I needed to pay attention more to the details on the deal.
Overall very happen to have them come and clean it. Gave us a bottle of spot remover, too. I would use them again

The price I paid to you, I considered was a "come one" price. It could also be considered a "bait and switch" price. The estimater and cleaner were the same. They said the Angie's price covered only a tiny bit of the job. I have a small kitchen and a small family room but they wanted to charge $600.00 more for the job. I had my marble entry way cleaned, and that was another $400. It was the $600. plus the Angie's List price for my small kitchen and family room which was terribly disappointing.
