"Unfortunately we were not able to repair the toilet because the old flush valve was rusted out completely. We did explain this to the customer and recommended to replace the toilet itself as the cost of this was almost the same as replacing different parts. The customer elected not to, however. We carry parts for all common toilets, including American Standard. We are happy she was able to get the toilet parts replaced by another plumber for such a significantly low price. This is very unusual but we are for the resolution for her."
He was late arriving......and it turns out that his office had neglected to give him my specific request to CALL me before starting out to my address......so he had been lost, trying to make sense of GPS directions that simply do NOT work here!
The other surprise occurred when he started to add a large fee for "travel time". When I reacted to this new piece of news, we learned that his office had also neglected to inform me that there would be such an add-on to my bill. I asked him to discuss both of these oversights with his office so that they wouldn't occur for other clients in the future. Hopefully he did so!
We were not happy with them they charged us $400 to move a sink witch we thought it was a little outrageous. The tech was friendly but it really was not the most helpful service. Because we though it was much higher price then if we would of looked for bids. The service was good but I did not think the price was fair. They were pretty responsive and on time.
All projects we had done by Dale went smoothly - from inquiry to scheduling to the actual work.
We actually just contacted them again to have an inline water heater installed.
We highly recommend Dale Plumbing.
