Very, very well.

I sent my boys up to take a bath and there was no hot water! I called Boudreau the next day and they set a time for that afternoon. The owner, Paul Boudreau showed up right on time and was sensitive to my napping two-year-old. Our water heater is in a tight spot and has to be climbed down into a small space to reach it. He took care of it in about a half an hour and we had hot water later that day. He advised us that we probably had 2-3 years of life left in the hot water heater and that they can leak when they conk out. He was very nice and professional. My kids all got nice warm baths and showers that night and we went into the Thanksgiving Holiday with the hot water we needed.

On a Tuesday the technician arrived as scheduled and performed the work. He ran a snake through the clean out and removed some hair and roots. Toilet, bathtub and sink flowed OK upon testing a couple of times. Fee was high compared to similar service from other companies but I paid since it appeared that he did clear the pipe. However, 5 days later, on a Sunday, the sewer backed up and water was seeping out of the clean out cover. Boudreau only opens from Mon-Fri so I called the emergency phone number mentioned on their answering machine and left a message. No one called me back that day. I had to get another drain service company on Sunday since the house only has one toilet. This plumber pulled out lots more roots from the pipe and charged me only 60% of Boudreau's fee. Boudreau's tech had not done a thorough job! Next morning Paul from Boudreau called me and upon hearing the issue, he promised to speak with his tech and to call me back. He has failed to do so.

We have been VERY pleased with their work, and expect to use them for heating repairs, duct cleaning, and more. Workmen are professional and helpful. We highly recommend this company!

They were on time, courteous workers, and did a thorough installation. The cost seemed on the high side, but I didn't have time to get multiple quotes, so I don't know how they compare to others.

Ted was wonderful! Very professional and results-oriented. The charges were "time and materials" and were fair. Ted offered to pick up new toilet from Boudreau and install it a couple of days later. He was very polite and very clean and tidy. He treated my job like it was work he was doing in his own home. I have added Boudreau to my list of contractors who can be relied upon for quality work.

The plumber was very nice but extremely slow. They had to send a second guy to help him finish the job, and they charged me for the second guy's time too, even though the owner admitted they sent the second guy because the first one was taking too long.

Based on positive reports, I tried using the company for replacing plumbing lines. I explained I found them on Angie's List, and a date for an estimate was set. I took off work early and when I came home, had received a voice message that there was an emergency and they could not come. I called and re-set an appointment for the following week, the owner was supposed to come out. Again, took off work early for a 3pm time. At 3:30 no one showed up so I called and spoke with Daniella. She was unaware of the appointment, but would try to reach someone. At 4pm, she called back, apologizing for the no-show. She proceeded to ask how urgent the repair work was needed, and that the company is in the middle of some big jobs. I sensed she was trying to tell me they were too busy for me. I told her it sounded as if the company is willing to take on new business when its convenient for them, and that they should have been upfront about their availability. She agreed this was poor customer service.

Never got a call back.

It was easy to schedule the appointment, and the gentleman showed up exactly on time, and did the work efficiently. He pointed out to me the low cost/benefit ratio for doing some of the things I had thought to ask him to do, which I appreciated. I have not yet received a bill, so I don't know the exact cost: He did the work after I had left. He told me they charge $110/hr. The laundry sink he cleared appears to have still had a clog, as it ran over when I did my laundry yesterday. I haven't yet called to report that.

Boudreau was professional from start to finish. They came out the same day we called to investigate the problem and performed the work on time as promised. They kept the price within the original quote. They did a fine job, according to my husband the NASA engineer. It has only been a few weeks, but at this point, we are completely satisfied.

Outstanding! They scheduled an appointment for me at a convenient time during a one-hour window. They called 15 minutes before the appointment time to let me know they were on their way. They showed up at exactly the beginning of the appointment window. And they completed the troubleshooting and repair in 30 minutes. Even though the repair was fairly simple it would have taken me a whole afternoon and several trips to the hardware store to do it on my own.

Extremely prompt. Knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. Made sure everything was in working order, checked the other handles as well and replaced washers. Tidied up afterwards. Terrific.

Paul came out the same day, identified the problem, and scheduled the repair in a timely manner.

Plumber was very professional, very experienced and very tuned in to cost savings. We would definitely have used them had we been given a not to exceed quote.

I called in the AM with a failed heater, and by 10 AM, they were here and accomplished the work very well. I rate them as excellent!

This is a great company. They were the answer to all my needs when I first moved in. They have competitive pricing and do very timely work. They had great attitudes towards their customers in every aspect. I couldn't have been more pleased with the finished job. It looked great and I had no complaints. The guys worked hard every day until the job was finished. They were always polite and respectful.

A VERY PRICEY PLUMBING COMPANY. THEY DO A GOOD JOB THOUGH. HE FIXED 2 LEAKS ON MY TOILET AND UNCLOGGED THE KITCHEN SINK. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, BUT THEY ARE EXPENSIVE. IT WAS $200 JUST FOR THE KITCHEN SINK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, SINCE THEY DID DO A GOOD JOB.

TECHNICIAN CAME OUT WHEN HE WAS SUPPOSED TO. HE HAD TO ORDER A PART WHICH TOOK 24 HOURS, BUT HE RETURNED THE NEXT DAY AND INSTALLED THE PUMP. THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY CEASED.
