We dropped off the watch and got an estimate for the repair of $50. They said it would be about week. They called us right on time and told us the watch was ready and the cost was as estimated, $50. They overhauled the watch and it's keeping time perfectly. They were very friendly and answered all the questions we asked. We definately will go back to Field's when we are in need of a jeweler or repair. They were on time, courteous, professional and the price was right.

The service was EXCELLENT and I was able to get my watches repaired all in a very timely and affordable way! I will definitely give all my watch repair to Field's Jewelers!
