professional very polite, clean and neat. Did I mention prompt and fast, a short day and a half. They cleaned up after
replacing our heating/air conditioning unit, you couldn't tell they were even here. Except now we have heat ! This unit works great and looks nice. They did a great job on the roof and inside we have nice new vents that really let the air flow. It is amazing how much better this new unit heats our home compared the old one. We are also excited about the energy savers rebates we will get from our utility company. I have alot of confidence in Allianz and Martin McGraeff and would certainly
recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Allianz for your expert work.

"Thank you! I am asked quite a bit of the time if our price is our price, or do we have one price and then it goes "up" as we get into the job. I have never done this. I figure that once a customer gives me the OK, if things "pop up" that I should have seen then its on me. While I have heard of this happening to people, I think it is a poor practice for contractors to engage in. Once again, treat people the way you want to be treated. Be fair to people and expect other to treat you fairly. (seems I read that some where!)"

Our hvac system was old so we decided to have it replaced. We had estimates from 5 companies, & went with
Allianz. Martin the owner, came to our home and checked our old system and went through our home and gave us
a very good bid. After dealing with high preasure salesmen it was a pleasure dealing with Martin.
A few days latter they started the job, removing the old furnace from the attic, which was no easy job. There is no room in our attic because of the many trusses. They then had to reconfigure a new system that would be in our
garage. They did a wonderful job, no mess or fuss and were ot of here on the 3rd day. We couldn't be more happy...
Everyone at Allianz was courteous friendly and professional, the unit that was installed works great and should save me some money, Martin arranged for my rebates that will help offset the cost and he gave me my Angie's list $200 discount. All in all a great experience.
