It went well. The best feature is their web cams where you can see your dog whenever you want!

Vivian loves Wags and Wiggles , however, I have to say, we do go to the Tustin branch not the RSM listed here. They are owned by the same people, so I would assume the care is the same.
They are VERY professional and greet each returned pet by name. when I call to make her reservations (she has stayed there many times) they know exactly where she like to sleep and will try to accommodate whenever possible.
When we took our and quot;look and seeand quot; visit, Vivan was introduced to the day care small dogs while we took a tour of the facilities. They don't hide anything. All areas were shown to us and we were allowed to look as much as we wanted and we asked LOTS of questions.
The one thing I was just amazed with that with all the dogs they have during the day, there is not ONE hint of a dog smell ANYWHERE in the building.
We get report card upon our return telling us how Vivian did over all, and any concerns they might have had about eating, ect. However, we knew this in advance because we were in touch with them during her week stay. They also have doggie cam that you can access on line to check in on your pooch. although we have never asked, they will bring them to the camera if at all possible, I wouldn't call during drop off and pick up times, but I bet they would do it then also.
Vivian LOVES her W and W family and we feel at ease leaving her there also.

We are anxious to get our dog socialized and Wags and Wiggles provides a great environment for that. The staff loves dogs and provides a clean, well-supervised, and encouraging environment for the animals. Our pup comes home tired out. They provide webcams so customers can remotely monitor their dogs at play. We will definitely continue to use this service.

They are just fantastic. They are very accommodating to the dogs. They provide a great environment for the dogs. The dogs are not kept in kennels but they get to run free all day long. There are trained staffs available for the dogs to make sure there are no issues. I don't need to make preparation in advance but I can show up any day and drop my dog off. They will accommodate him and that's great.

I took my french bulldog to the Tustin location because I was going to be gone for the day and I didn't want him to be left home alone. I set up a half-day interview and he loved it there from the moment we walked in. The staff really seemed to love my dog and the others in thier care. I have taken him back many times and have referred my freinds.

IT WAS REALLY CLEAN AND THEY WERE TRUSTWORTHY. ALSO THEY DO TRAINING FOR PUPPIES. THERE ARE A BUNCH OF ROOMS, LIKE A DOGGY DAYCARE. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND EVEN CAME FOR A PRIVATE LESSON AT HOME. IT WAS A REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY LOVE ANIMALS. THE PEOPLE ARE KIND. THEY WERE CAREFUL WITH THE ANIMALS. THEY SHUT THE DOORS SO THEY WOULDN'T GET OUT. THEY MADE SURE THEY ATE THEIR FOOD. IF THEY DIDN'T LIKE IT THEY SWITCHED DOG FOODS. THEY WERE CONSIDERATE TO OUR DOGS NEEDS.
