Mattress Showroom

Ater a horrible experience with Ashley's Home Store's mattress that left us sleeping in the guest room, we finally saved enough to buy a different mattress. Judy, at Mattress Showroom, assured us that even though the mattress we had purchased at Ashley's was made by the same company as Stearns and Foster, Stearns and Foster was better, and would not give us the same problems. It was better, but still too hard. We exchanged it for a Serta and have been happy. The exchange was simple, and Judy even gave us a break on the cost of delivering the new mattress and picking up the old.

After sinking into the indentation in my mattress which my body had created after years of use, I decided it was time to look for a new mattress. One that would provide my body with more support. I met Carmen and she began to help me find the mattress right for me. She did not rush me and recommended I come back another day to try them again. I came back a few times. I would lay on the Mattresses I narrowed my decision down to. Through Carmen, I learned about Tempur-Pedic. The high customer satisfaction the Tempur-Pedic brand has in combination with the strong passion Carmen has for her products convinced me I was making a good investment. When I thought about the idea, we spend about 1/3 of our life sleeping, why not have the best Mattress for me? My Mattress was delivered the same day (they had the model I bought in stock). Carmen called me a few days later to see how I was enjoying my new Mattress. It took me about 2 weeks to fully get used to my new Tempur-Pedic, but I am so pleased with my decision and Carmen and Mattress Showroom made it easy. DO: - Try the mattresses before you buy, take a book, pretend as though it is your actual bed to get an idea if it will work for you. - Try Tempur-Pedic, what an amazing product(s) DONT: - Rush your decision (at Mattress Showroom you won't be rushed, you will be aided by a knowledgeable staff)

Overall it went very well. The salesperson, was knowledgeable, professional and helpful and understood what I was looking for quickly. I set up delivery for the twin beds the next day but he had to get back to me about when the queen size set would be delivered in LA (out of area but a reasonable delivery fee). The two twin beds were delivered on time the next day for free (local delivery). Delivery people were professional, courteous and helpful...even put in the bed ruffles between the mattress and box spring when installing. I had to follow up with the salesperson, he did not call the day that he said that he would, but I reached him the next day and set up delivery. That delivery was also on time, courteous and helpful. Only one minor hiccup keeps it from being a perfect experience but I would have no issues with recommending this company for pricing, value and overall experience.
