LA Rocque Better Roofs
About us
Our company history provides you with four generations of construction experience. It began in the early 1950’s when Guy La Rocque’s grandfather ran a successful steel and concrete company and, up until his un-timely death, Guy’s father owned and operated one of Southern California’s largest fence companies. Guy La Rocque acquired 100% ownership of La Rocque Bros Co. in 1979 and in 1981, changed the name to La Rocque Roofing. In 1984 the family decided to incorporate the company, hence the name change to La Rocque Better Roofs, Inc. Currently the company employs two generations of the La Rocque family with no intentions of stopping there. The reputation that we have built over the years is something we understand. It takes a great deal of effort and a daily dedication to our employees, clients, distributors, and manufacturers. We are constantly upgrading our company and looking toward the future. One of Guy’s philosophies is the only thing constant with our company is change. For him, this company is more than just a job, it is a hobby, a passion, and testimony of what was, what is and what will be. The La Rocque family considers themselves blessed and credits their success to God. Colossians 3:23-24 Visit Us online to request your free estimate: http://larocquebetterroofs.com/request-a-quote

The reality was that the leak in the roof was really due to the glazing in the skylights. After I complained about my roof still leaking (10 months+ after completion of the job) the project manager came out at least two more times over the next year to investigate (loved this!) He eventually did tests to determine that the leak problem was the skylights and had his guys apply window glazing after a year of hearing me complain about the leaks. I appreciated his patience and continuing to work with me even when it turned out not to be the roofing.
B rating on responsiveness was partially me as I called frequently so I probably made it onto the 'Pest' list.
They had a fairly reasonable price and they are doing what they said they would do. I can’t think of anything that they need to improve upon. They are very professional and I like them.
Actually there wasn't enough water damage to replace any wood. In the end they just added tiles where tiles had been blown off or cracked. We needed someone to plug the holes in the roof. We were worried that there might have been some water damage. They did the work, and it turned out fine. My wife and mother-in-law were not home when the work was done. What impressed them was that the estimate was very comprehensive. They made a map of all the problem areas that they were going to fix. There were other companies that were cheaper, but they felt that this one was the most professional.
