I was lucky enough to get Kyle as my home inspector on a potential house we were looking to purchase. He did a thorough job and walked me through many potential obstacles and broke down everything that needed to be done. His report was very timely and was a huge asset. Kyle was very professional and quick in responding back to me with setting up an appointment. He was thorough with his inspection and was great at explaining everything to me. After the appointment, he sent me a follow up response and went over what he had found and what I should be looking out for when my shower is reinstalled. Kyle is great to work with, he gave me quite a bit of good advice and insights before I had even hired him. He was efficient and really knew his stuff. That was about a year ago and I’ve referred him to several people who also sing his praises. If you need a home inspection you should talk to him he will give you very straight answers.
