Description of Work: Hall's replaced the security door to our garage. They showed up on time for the original estimate meeting. The process took under an hour to examine the current situation, provide examples of several doors that could be used, along with price. Once we selected a product, and signed a service agreement, a second appointment was set to take measurements. Again, they were on time and no issues occured. The door was ordered with an approximate install timeframe set. Once the door was available, install date and time set. They arrived at the correct time, installed the door and demonstrated key features. They kept the area clean and everything works fine. We are very happy with the door, and would use them again.

Description of Work: Replaced a window with a double swing out door, installed a light and switch, replaced exiting front window x3 with two double hang, and one picture window, and replaced side window next to the front door.

Description of Work: I don't recall date of service or cost. Work was done more than a couple years ago. Had new patio door, door frame, and screen installed and new closet doors. They did a great job. I was 100% satisfied.

Description of Work: Scheduled on February 26, 2015 with five new window installs that took one and onehalf days. Professional installers insured that all details were taken care of and cleaned up the involved areas before leaving the job. Super job by Hall's.

Description of Work: Replaced all the windows and sliding doors With Anderson dual pane windows. All were trimmed with pop-ups. Stucco work and pop-ups were subbed to Sacramento stucco. You have to do your own painting inside and out or hire someone else which I did. That added additional cost.

Description of Work: Salesman didn't return calls after we signed contract. He said he would come to the house when certain work was being done. He didn't. Hall's price was the highest. We expected to get really good service. We didn't.They scared the interior window sills during installation and refused to repair them. The would not paint new wood installed on new sliding glass door. They seemed more interested in getting the hob done quickly than providing a first class job that the salesman said they would do. The job passed the county inspection but the inspector pointed out several quality issues. I would nor use them again.

Description of Work: This is a company that wants to be seen as professional and reliable. At this juncture, it is only a wish. From the unprofessional behavior of the sales person, to the poor work and damage done to my VERY expensive windows, to a company that had to constantly be held accountable... it has been and continues to be exhausting. |We have, 2 months later, yet to have this project finish. They did not ordered the right window to replace the damaged one, and we have not heard from them regarding completion. |There are 7 other windows to be replaced + 2 doors and Halls will NOT be asked to do the job. We advise everybody NOT to use them. |They certainly did not live up to their advertising.

Description of Work: Hall's replaced two patio sliding glass door with new screens and one kitchen window. I had sticker shock at first but in the end I think it was a fair price. The quality was not perfect but they did offer to replace the not so good door frame. |There were some communication problems with the subcontractor on the screens and extra appointments required meeting the installer. Another issue that I was unaware of is that when a city permit is pulled an inspector has to come back and not only inspect the work, but also inspects if you have fire alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. Not Hall's fault (it's a state law) but I wish they would have disclosed this to me.
