The instant hot water unit in our kitchen falied. Bonny plumbing responfd to our call. We did not have time for a second call or bid so accepted the very overpriced unit and installation from bonny plumbing. We feel if we called a regular plumber the job would have cost $ 300.00 at the most.

I didn't follow thru with the estimate based on the phone conversation.

We were very satisfied with their work. They had excellent service.

Our toilet had been running off/on and with our son moving back home we wanted to get it fixed. We called Bonney and they were at our residence within two hours of our phone call. Marshall was quick to diagnose the problem, too long of a chain and need new flapper. Work was completed in ten minutes, if that.

They responded quickly. I received an estimate of the work before they stared, which was accurate. They were very prompt in coming out.

Fine. They fixed a leak in an upstairs bathtub. However, they had to cut a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom downstairs to verify that there was no mold/mildew as a result of the leak.

Terrible. The plumber didn't even check for a clean-out valve before going under the house for $$$. Then he used a power snake, but was clueless about where the pipes really went (as I found out later). The problem came back within days. The second plumber pulled out old paper like material near a tight bend that the Booney plumber had somehow missed.

Great experience, no waste of time, price quoted and time to do job. Very happy.

I had them come back because of the leaking from the heating system after they replace the kitchen faucet. They are very expensive.

They first came out and discussed with me the two options I had to hook up the ice maker. I chose the less expensive option. He came in to the kitchen and went to work and was done in ten minutes. I was impressed at how quickly I got the appointment with them. I called them at 4:30 pm on a Friday and he came out that same day. He was very professional and I would refer him to anyone.

There was discoloration on the floor in the master bath in front of the toilet and he said the toilet needed a new seal. He said he would replace the seal and reinstall the toilet and put in new flushing unit in the bowel. Another contractor noticed the seals on the toilets were not replaced. All he had done was install the flushing piece inside and it was only a three dollar part. All three toilets had the flushing part changed and he was supposed to reseal them all and he did not. He did not replace the caps on the base of the toilets either. I feel I was charged for hours of work for nothing.

Bonney Plumbing is very quick in sending a plumber as it is usually the same day I call them. They are very personable and always fix the problem the first time they come out. I am very happy with them.

They have always been on time and I am very happy with them. I can depend on them to do a good job for me. They have high end products and I dont think my toilet will be clogging up again anytime soon. The cost of the toilet replacement was $600. This sounds unreasonably high, but the toilet was a Toto brand, which is practically guaranteed not to stop up. I have not had a problem with it since I had it installed. It was worth every penny.

Bonnies Plumbing is great and I can count on them be here every year to perform the service. Not only do I count on them for just the yearly visit, I call them if I have any other problems throughout the course of the year.

Booney Plumbing is a highly known plumbing company in my area. The work they did I thought was very easy and it didn't take very long for them to finish. I have no idea why I was charged so much, but I will not be using them in the future.

Booney Plumbing I thought was very professional and clean as well as thorough. The inspector that came out even said that this company always does a great job. They can be rather expensive but its still comparable to others in the area.

I called them on July 3rd thinking that they would come to my house after the holiday, but they came on July 4th!! They work really hard and do a great job. The service they provide is outstanding, they cleaned beautifully once the job was done and the man was wearing a neat uniform.

I called on a Saturday and he came out Monday morning. He was friendly and the price was fair. His truck was clean and they even did a follow up call to see if I was happy with the service I received.

Called and expected to get an appointment the next day and was pleasantly surprised that they actually do the work the day you call. They gave me a 4 hour time frame that they would show up and were actually on site in an hour. The man showed up in a delivery type truck brightly painted (looked like a rolling bill board!) and he had every tool and part I could think of. They even have new in-the-box toilets, water heaters, etc in the truck!! He said that way they can show up an do the job without leaving to look for stuff. I was glad to hear that, since the last time I needed a plumber, he came and went for several hours to buy the parts he needed. I will never call any other plumbers when needed other than this company. He cleared the drain in about 15 minutes, tested the pipes by flushing with a lot of water and then told us the steps we should take to ensure pipes stay cleared. The best thing - they tell you the price when they get there and dont charge by hour.

The price was kind of high but nothing to complain about. They were very careful to explain everything and they even went over the costs before starting the work. When they finished the explained to me what I should look for in the future. They were easy to get a hold of and I would use them again.

We have used them before in the past and they always show up on time. They are efficient in their work. I feel like they are a little expensive but they are a large company and they do good work.
