"This review is quite disheartening in light of the fact that we were simply asked to schedule an appointment with your real estate agent and provide a free estimate for a list of 8 plumbing repairs on a house you were buying. After 2 cancelled appointments by your agent for various reasons, we were finally able to gain access to the home to look at the issues. Once completed, the estimate was emailed to you as requested, and we never received a call back from you with any questions or concerns on any of the estimates that we provided. Had you talked with us, you would have learned about our comprehensive product and installation warranties which would explain the higher price on the brand of toilet you requested, and we could have suggested comparable toilets for less cost. It is unfortunate that you chose a negative public review rather than contacting us directly, which should always be the first step. Brockmire Plumbing Services is a highly-respected company with some of the most skilled technicians in San Diego County. We maintain the highest levels of professionalism and excellence, and our business is derived almost exclusively from referrals by a very satisfied customer base."
