Terrible TERRIBLE customer service!!! Stay away from this company! My husband and I ordered sod from here, not knowing anything about sod, we trusted their "professional" advice however they just sold us the most expensive sod even though it didn't meet our families needs. Upon ordering we told them we needed sod that would be compatible with children and a dog...they sold us the type of sod that not only doesn't do well with high traffic but also dies (and won't grow back) where ever the dog pees! Our grass has several dead spot from the dog now. As soon as we noticed this happening we called the company. At that time we were told by several employees that the type of sod we got was the worse type we could have gotten for kids and dogs, and what we got was only good for show grass. When we called looking for help to get us the grass we asked for we were treated horribly. Every time we called we were told someone else would call us back. Never happened. We had to continue to follow up with them. Then when we finally spoke to someone we spoke with JOE. he was completely disrespectful. He told us they were not willing to work with us and told us to reorder our sod at another company, they are cheaper!! He also blamed my husband for the dying grass spots from the dog, because my husband was working! We got the grass for the dog! He spends most of his time in the backyard! Joe is just making excuses! Then he hung up on my husband!!! What kind of customer service is that! This is completely unprofessional. We spent over $500 on sod that is just dying every time our dog pees. The whole reason we got sod in our backyard was for our children and dog to play and enjoy. All we want is the correct type of sod for our family.
