Mr. Bert Huff called me the same day and arranged to come look at my problem at my convenience. He came out and thoroughly explained my situation to me. He spent about 30 minutes and gave me my options, at no charge. I am, at this time, mulling them over. No matter what I decide, Hague Quality Water will be performing the task. Although no work was actually done, I was forced to rate the work quality in order to complete this survey so I gave them a 5.

I called him because the regular company was not available. He came out the same day and checked my water softener and explained the time clock to me. He was courteous and nice. My only complaint is that $95 seems high for a service call specially when no repairs were required.

Professional and knowledgeable; answered all question promptly and succinctly including multiple technical follow up questions by email to allow me to pick the model of water softener I felt would best suit my needs. I thought pricing was fair and the quality of the product high compared to other brands available. Product warranty was better than warranty offered by many other brands. Installation was prompt and the unit appears to be functioning according to specs.

Bert provided a fair quote and was able to come to our location promptly. Initially we had requested to have the RO water come through our refrigerator to provide for purified ice and drinking water. He made the suggestion to link the RO water to our pasta faucet as well which turned out to be a useful addition.
