They called, sent emails and texts to reschedule to an earlier time, however, I was unable to change the time. They arrived and gave many reasons as to why they were unable to clean the area rug I needed cleaned. They inspected a bedroom carpet that needed to be freshened up. I didn't hear the use of a carpet cleaner and they completed the job in 5 minutes, however, that didn't seem like it was long enough time to complete the job. They complained about the time change and complained multiple times about the city I live in. They charged for 2 trips. They left the bedroom wet and slippery. They left a soapy surface on the carpet. I had expected it to be wet but was shocked to see it had a soapy residue. It took about 12 hours for it to really dry. I would not use them again in the future.

The two guys were professional and straightforward, didn't make me feel bad about the cat pee situation, in fact they assured me they've dealt with much worse.  They described exactly what they were going to do and where.  When finished they gave us a couple of pairs of booties to wear for the next couple of days while the carpet was still damp.  The carpet was sooooo much cleaner!  There was no smell at all, of either cat pee or chemicals.  I wish I could afford to have them come back 2-3 times a year!

Absolutely loved the results. The carpet not only looked great, but it also felt great.  We paid extra for scotch guard protection since my dog seems to feel it is his duty to toss his cookies on our carpet...and what do you know.....One week later, we got our money's worth!....All we needed to use was water in our steam cleaner and the carpet looked good as new.  We have used this company once before and will use them again whenever we get our carpets cleaned.

Purchased deal. Called to schedule. They told me it's not for area rugs just wall to wall. I suggested we apply the deal value to them cleaning the area rugs, they said they wouldn't do that. They said I had to contact you and get a refund. Seems a bit odd but maybe it's just cleaner for them that way. Funny they didn't follow up or try to schedule work for all of my area rugs with me. Big sale lost. Honestly after that conversation with them I called the company I've been using for 8.5 years and they came out that same day to pick up my rugs (I decided to go with the off site deep clean last minute) but I do have other area rugs that need to be cleaned on site. They are Elegant Thread and I refer all of my friends to them. Thanks for your reply and thanks for caring about what the whole story is. ;)

I did not remove the larger pieces of furniture in the bedrooms as that carpeting was like new. Brandon went straight to work, pretreating the stains and going over all of the exposed carpeting. The whole process took well under two hours. He gave me a pair of booties to walk on the carpet and inspect it. I was  amazed. It looked like new carpeting! He was honest and said on rare occasions pet stains can appear after the rug dries and if that happened, he would return and give it another treatment. No stains when dry! The dampness was minimal and the carpet was dry by that evening.
Amazed is an understatement! No toxic chemicals used, no odor-and great looking carpeting. I highly recommend this company and have told several friends to please give this company a try.  Thank you, Brandon. I will call you again when my carpet needs cleaning.

It ended up starting not well but it was resolved by the company in the end. It started out as a 99 dollar special for two rooms and a hall way. I had two rooms done and i had stains, what i thought was going to be an addition charge ended up being 400 dollars. I contacted the company and we went back and forth for a bid but it ended up getting resolved and my money was refunded. I wasn't home when they finished the job, my husband wrote them a check and i was not impressed when i came back. I paid an addition to remove two pet spots. The actual work was fine, i just had a problem with how they went about with the extra charges.
