They were great.  The carpet was pretty dirty and hadn't been cleaned in several years.  They made the carpets look and feel new!  We've used other other carpet companies and the cleaners left a strong odd, but the house didn't smell at all once Zerores was finished.  They seem more expensive than other places, but the final product is worth it.

The company website is easy to navigate, except for the price where the costs are listed starting with the special of $69.00 for tree rooms, $40.00 for additional rooms, and a traveling charge. Nowhere does it mention a minimum charge, since I only had one room
 to clean, I expected to pay the $40 plus travel. They did call me the say before about the minimum, but I needed the room done. 

Everything went wonderful. They were very professional, they cleaned the rugs outside and made sure they were dry before bringing them back in. They were on time, courteous, and I would use them again.

They were on time, courteous, professional and friendly. I could not have been more pleased with the work they did!!! The price was very reasonable.  I very highly recommend this company.  You can't go wrong.

Tony and Jimmy were on time, professional and experienced.  Our carpets were thoroughly cleaned.  I would definitely use and recommend Zerorez!

ARRIVED ON TIME. SURVEYED THE HOME, SET UP HIS GEAR AND WAS FINISHED ABOUT TWO HOURS LATER.WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. PLAN TO HAVE THEM BACK SOON TO DO THE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE.

I heard their commercials, and called to request a quote, and to ask some questions.  I never spoke with a person, just left a message on their voice mail... I think I left two... No response received.

San Diego Zerorez is wonderful, they are a little expensive but they are good. I would use them again, they did an excellent job. They were very nice, prompt, everything was good. The run went beautiful.

This company gave an estimate by phone.  Be sure to have your rug size ready when you call.  I used the Angie's List first time caller coupon offered.  I wasn't disappointed by the service.  They were quick, efficient, and thorough.  I watched while they worked.  They gave extra attention to spots and were willing to give extra attention to areas where I had concerns.

This is a repeat.

My experience with them was very good. They were very professional. The technique that they used made my carpets quite fluffy and clean. Even though they used water, they sucked it up so well that the carpets really came out nicely. It was much better than the other cleaners that I've had. I was thinking that I was going to give them a call again, because I really did like them.

I'm sorry but this event took place before we moved and so much has happened since then I am unable to remember the specific details.

They're prompt and very efficient. They do a good job. The only thing I don't like about them is that they've changed their pricing. I have used them several times. The price differs depending on what you're having cleaned.

They were good and fine. I would rate them good. Their price was fair. Their quality of work was excellent and I was satisfied with them.

The cleaners came early which worked out great for us.  Did a great job, very professional, we're very satisfied.

I don't know what to think about this company. They finally sent someone out to measure and give me a preliminary estimate. He was very nice and extremely polite and told me that I would get a final estimate emailed to me that afternoon. This was 3 days ago with no contact from them at
all despite me calling and leaving messages. This is not a very good way to do business.......I will be using another company to clean my floors.

It still looks great. They were able to get the smell out from the pet stains but they were a little expensive.

My experience was very positive. His name is Ian, and he just did a very thorough job. It turned out really good. I have had them previously, and I had used them that time. I had some yellow spots on my carpet in the bedroom, I think from my dog. We were not sure what they were, but he cleaned that up, and they came out very good too. He was on time and went right to work. He was also very professional.

We like San Diego Zerorez, Inc. They're very good. They tell you how much it is before you start. The good thing about it is they don't use hard soaps, and it dries faster.

The gentlemen who arrived to do the cleaning were very professional, on time and courteous.  They explained the process they would be using and assured me that they would be able to remove all the "washable" crayola marker from my couch and various spots from the carpet.  They also explained that within 24 hours the carpet and furniture would be dry to the touch.  After they left I was very unhappy to see the marker was not removed. The couch was still damp 2 days later even though we had kept all the cushions upright and fans on the entire time.

The job went very well.  The fact that they don't use chemical or soap and uses ionized water so it does not leave any residue and that is what I was looking for.

The two man crew showed up a bit early after they called and started work immediately after walking the house.  They explained the process and additional services they could perform. The did their best at upselling other services - some I did, others I did not. They finished the job in under two hours in a very professional manner.  Their invoicing system is all automated and before they leave, you will have your receipt and detailed invoice.
A big unknown for us was that after the service, our carpet developed lots of buckling and waves even 12 hours later. Their office was good at saying that it would lay down in 48-72 hours and they were right. After three days, we were witness to clean flat carpets.  The grout cleaning and upholstery cleaning was great too.
I would recommend them for a thorough and complete cleaning or your home surfaces.

They did an excellent job. We had some stains that the previous owner had left; we tried to remove them by ourselves and could not do it. After they did it, the stains were gone. It did come back a year and a half later. They were friendly and professional. They were in and out. They did a thorough job.  I think the clean up from the air ducts could have been better, other than that it was a very thorough job. I was a little sketchy when they handed me a flyer that said if I give them a rating on Angie’s List, they will give me a discount. I was going to give them a good rating anyways.
