Sergio and his team were amazing! We needed roof work before our solar. He was quick to respond, come out and stayed in touch throughout the job. His workers did a fantastic job on the roof and went the extra mile to do several things to make everything waterproof and look great! Sergio and the team at PROC were great to work with. Sergio initially came out for an emergency assessment when we had significant leaking during the constant rains at the start of the year. He made time on a Sunday to come over, assess the situation, and even went to Home Depot to purchase some plastic covering. All this and he did not even accept payment that day. He said he would prepare a quote and if we chose to work with him great and if not pay him what we think was fair. Fast forward several weeks and ultimately, we decided to work with Sergio. From the start of the project through completion Sergio guided us through and told us what was happening at what phases. The end product was a beautiful new roof that held up after this most recent rain event. I would definitely work with them again for any future projects.

Went very well. Workers worked efficiently. They quickly found that the job was going to be bigger than the originally thought. There was damage to the plywood, more tiles were needed. They had to purchase more tiles. That was an additional , but understandable cost. Job still got finished on time

T hear guts were great. Due to the age of my roof it took them extra time to find the leak. Once they located the problem they sealed it up and set new shingles in. Looks good and has extended the life of my roof. The follow up after we had some heavy rains was much appreciated too.

I was very pleased that they were able to schedule the work so quickly after I decided to go with them. Most roofers in San Diego have a long wait this time of year because of the large number of people trying to have their roofs replaced before the rain starts. It was less than 1 week between the time I decided on them and the day they said they could start work. Sergio (the project manager and customer rep) was very thorough in his estimates and go back to me quickly with answers to questions and letting me know about status. He had a 3 man crew come on a Saturday and was pretty confident that they would be able to finish that day. The crew worked fast and efficiently, asked for my input and a couple decisions as they worked, and completed in less than 8 hours. They did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward and left my roof looking great again! I will definitely go with Premier again when I need my entire roof redone in a few years. They were the lowest bid I received for the repairs, and were one of the lowest bids for a complete re-roof. I decided to only do the repairs at this time because a complete re-roof is quite expensive, and I didn't feel that I need to do it quite yet.
