Plumbing Plus

My sink faucet was leaking. I was able to schedule service to be completed within just a few hours of my call. Cost of service noted below is labor only. I provided the new faucetl.

Only down side was a recommendation for restoration work: Ace Floor & Restoration; work was terrific, but I think we were way overcharged.

They said that they would be at my place between 8-10am. They showed up at exactly 8am!! The technician answered all my questions, he kept me informed as to what he was doing. We chit chated, he was very respectful to a senior citizen (me!!). I plan to hire Plumbing Pus every time I need the plumbing worked on and I would recommend them in a heart beat. Wonderful customer service!!!!!!

The tech (Robert) and the owner (Mike) spent much time, effort and brain power on solving our water heater issues. Over the course of several visits they were able to figure it out and get it working as well as possible given the complexity and mystery of the plumbing in our remodeled house. Prior to hiring Plumbing Plus we had several other very experienced plumbers investigate the problem, and none of them were able to help us, which says a lot. I might add that I thought the price for the work was very reasonable given the amount of hours these guys put in.

This company is great! I had an appointment with a different plumbing company for this morning. I was given a time frame of 2 hours (8-10) to have toilet fixed. I waited, getting nervous as it approached 10 and had not heard a peep from the first plumber. A few minutes after 10 the first plumber called and wanted to reschedule. I was pretty upset. I started searching angieslist again and the first two plumbing companies said they wouldn't be able to get a plumber out today but recommended Plumbing Plus. I am glad they did. I called and was given a two hour time frame 3-5p for today. Awesome! At 223pm I received a text stating the tech's name Robert from Plumbing Plus was on his way along with details of Robert's experience as well as a pic and contact number...wow!...very impressed and very appreciative of such great customer service! Robert is professional and courteous. He arrived before 3 and took very little time to get the job completed. I recommend Plumbing Plus and will definitely have them return to fix any plumbing.

The plumber, Isaiah, was polite, on time, and finished his work quickly. The cost of the service was reasonable and it was a hassle-free experience.

Plumbing Plus respondents quickly and sent Darryl Fountain to the rescue. He was professional, worked well with our window crew onsite and installed a shut off at that spot as well. Everyone worked to move the unit enough for a window to be accessed. The price was spot on and we are so grateful for the help to solve this issue.

It was a super hot day .They started at 7 and finished at 1. They called the UDig to mark off the utilities locations and came back to clean up the markings. Very responsive to my emails. Our next door neighbor had a leak in their meter box. A technician came out and replaced a valve. Anyone could have taken advantage of this situation and told them they had to have the pipe replaced but this company has integrity.

Great. Jared was here within the hour, had no trouble replacing the fractured pipe quickly. He took the time to understand my concerns with water heater. It all went very well.

By far and away the most expensive quote we received out of four quotes. I knew they ran expensive but this was crazy. Nice technicians but again price way too high and time spent evaluating the project (for the estimate) was notably longer than anyone else.

The estimate from Anderson was extremely high, and we ultimately had the work done by another firm at a significantly lower price.

Nathan came in and quickly and efficiently repaired the problem. When a second leak developed, he handled it without going over the estimate.

The experience from the outset was excellent. The staff answering the phones and making appointments were pleasant. There was a text with a biography and photo of the technician who was coming. The technician, Scott was pleasant, knowledgeable and made me feel confident that he had the requisite skills. He also came across as very ethical and fixed the problem. All in all, a pleasant experience - assuming one can have a pleasant experience with a water leak...

Scott Fanatizzo was our plumber. First he turned off the water going to all the toilets. Then went outside to check the pressure valve to the house. It was not working and the pressure coming through the house was the same (121) as from the city to the house. After installing a new pressure valve outside, he checked all the toilets inside and found that only one needed the inners replaced. Problem solved. Scott was polite, neat and efficient! He called and left a voice message alerting me that he would be early, plus I received an email from the company telling the name of the plumber that would be doing the work along with his picture. Awesome customer service!! Great company!!

It went very well. The drain backed up several months ago. Plumbing plus cleared it then. When it backed up again recently they followed the clearing with a video inspection. The drain had a flaw from the original house construction. Scott analyzed the problem and knew how to fix it. Scott and Jarod efficiently replaced the bad joint with a free flowing elbow. They cut a clean hole in my driveway. Dug down to the pipe and replaced the bad joint. All that shows is a very neat concrete rectangular patch in my driveway. Good job! Pete

Isaiah Mayer was very professional and did an excellent job repairing the toilet plumbing in our master bathroom. He was pleasant to work with, prompt, and very efficient. Only reason cost was high was due to minimum weekend rate. We would definitely ask for Isaiah if we needed a plumber in the future.

It was over a weekend. They called me back right away and they explained that they would have to charge an extra service charge if they came right out that day. But since we had other toilets in the house we opted to wait until their Monday hours, so we could be saving some money by doing that. I appreciated that tip. They came and did the work with the appointment that we set up.
