They refused the deal because they said they never signed up.

For this job she surely did A rated work. There was a lot of bad grease in the kitchen so that was expensive to clean, but it was worth it because she did such a great job. She also cleaned the rest of the house. Her price was right in the middle of the road based on my other estimates. However, I have had trouble contacting her lately which has been frustrating.

Initially the first time it was really good but the two other times there were minor issues.

When I contacted them, they were very prompt and came out right away to give me an estimate. I started with a deep clean and now have them coming in on a bi-monthly bases for regular cleaning. Getting  a set time was an issue, as they have many other regular clients. We have been using them for about 2 months now and are happy with their services.

I like it so much I will use them again...

The services started promissing, the cleaning overall was done well, though the promised bleaching of the seams between the tiles in the bathroom wasn't done, and all staff on desks and countertops was placed somewhere in drawers and shelves and left there after the cleaning.

The issues started with the window cleaning. The team left without cleaning all windows. My guess is that they didn't have the right equipment, long ladders, to reach. But it isn't acceptable that they left without telling me about it.

I complained and the owner promised to fix the problem. The man who then came neither had the right equipment. He reached out to the windows climbing on window frames and patio trusses, athletically but extremely unsafe. On top his cleaning was imperfect. Many places show a film of dirt after he left. But the real problem was his lack of professionalism. First he argued that some dirt is between the two glasses of the windows, not at the outside. After I insisted that he has to try again, he could remove the dirt; it was at the outside. Then he argued that it was paint. The house wasn't painted at the outsinde since it was built. And last but not least, he showed me that he couldn't reach to a portion of a window. For him that was good enough to just leave this part uncleaned forever, in spite that I paid for a full window cleaning.

The worst sevice was the carpet cleaning, same guy as the window cleaning described above. The method used was totally inadequate for the carpet. Instead of the promised 2 hours dry time, it took longer than 24 (twenty four) hours to dry. All the water left swellings of parts of the carpet. The new impression of the furniture put back on the wet carport by the carpet cleaner are deep and permanent. I have antique furniture with metal underneath the legs. It corroded and left stains on the freshly cleaned carpet. I discussed these problems with the carpet cleaner, but he declared his jobs was done professionally and all problems were the carpet and the furniture. I gave up after a long fruitless discussion. But at least I wanted him to clean stains, that still existed. For a long time he declared that the stains cannot be cleaned. After I insisted long enough that I knew the origin of two stains he brought in a different cleaner, and could clean the stains. I was exhausted after all the discussion, so I didn't think of having him go thru all rooms to look for stains. He obviously didn't feel the necessity. So I still have stains in many places.

These people stood me up twice, they could not have picked a worse time, we were moving into a new house right before Christmas and the first time they didn't show up they apologized and said that's not how they do business and that they would make it right so I re-scheduled and then she cancelled on me the day before she was suppose to come saying it was too far to drive.  i will never call this company again.

They vacuumed, dusted and washed everything possible.  The bathrooms were great and the vacuum they used was very good.  We have had trouble with people vacuuming with old, crummy vacuums and even damaging our carpets.  They had professional quality equipment.  They worked hard and fast and were out of the way as quickly as possible.  So far we are very happy.

I just purchased a home that has been sitting empty for several months.  Prior to moving in, I requested to have everything deep cleaned. They did a fantastic job.  During such a stressful time, I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

I always get a call ahead of time to reconfirm the arrival of my cleaning service.  They are extremely dependable and punctual.   At  times when I have had to rearrange my schedule they have been very accommodating.  When I have asked for special items to be done, such as vacuuming my balcony, washing my front porch, or cleaning the outside of the kitchen cupboards, they have always done it.

Maribel, the owner, is a very easy person to work with.  It's obvious that she wants to make sure her cleaning service does a good job. 

I have used this service for about 3 years.  They are excellent and I would recommend them highly.
