"This was a removal job only. Never were they told that the walls would be ready for painting. They are always told that the walls need to be assessed after the paper is off before the next phase begins. You can't know if they would be ready for paint before the paper is off. I assure you that all of the paste was removed."

"I am sorry she feels this way, but I went out of state for heart surgery and was in a remote part of Oregon for my recovery when she called. I had very little cell reception and the call was dropped. When she called again, I never got the message. A very unfortunate set of circumstances and I will try to make the repairs as soon as possible."

This customer wanted a corner where her parrot was caged, covered with a tropical mural. I hung it on a surface that was painted with a flat paint which is fine for this type of material. When I was finished she was completely satisfied with the jab and said it looked great. If any bubbles appeared after I left, then she should have notified me and I would have come back and taken care of it. If there were bubbles, it wasn't because of the surface I hung the paper on.I will always return and address concerns with any customer."

"The original bid did not cover any steps beyond the removal. The condition of the wall looked like it would need texturing, therefore we didn't remove the paste because it is not needed when texturing. Had the client called and asked us to come back, we gladly would have."
