Tri-Valley Orthopedics Specialists

I rarely write reviews when it comes to medical but felt that this was necessary. I will start by saying that I don't necessarily blame the doctors for this as they may or may not be aware of what is happening here. I started to get a very sore neck about six months ago so I decided to go see Dr Jupina at Tri Valley. It cost me about 350ish dollars for my consultation which is fine and said that I needed an MRI which I did for a bunch more money and then back to Dr Jupina for results and another 350ish bucks which again is fine. It was decided to put me in physical therapy which was fine and bottom line is I was given about 6 stretches to do and 2 times a week I went back and they watched me do my stretches which I was doing twice a day everyday at home anyway and I kept expecting them to do something but basically they watched me do the same stretches that I did at home and collected a couple hundred dollars to babysit me while I did my stretches as normal. This went on for a few weeks and I spent over a grand with 0 results. Then I met with Dr Jupina again, told him that I felt the same as I did 8 weeks ago and I also let him know that I felt like I spent 1,000 being baby sat having them watch me doing the same excursuses that I was doing at home. He said that if I was not feeling better now physical therapy was not gong to correct it and told me to make an appointment with Dr Liu. He also said that I should get a Traction machine for at home and that could help. There was another few hundred dollars out on that. which was fine. I then made an appointment and the following week with Dr Liu for another few hundred dollars. He said that he could give me shots in my back that could help a little bit and I said I would consider it but wanted to try traction and massage first and if that did not work we could try the shots. Then he suggested buying the same traction machine as Dr Jupina which was great. I asked about pain and he prescribed an anti inflammatory medication which was great. A couple days later I sent both Dr's an email stating that I was getting headaches and just wanted to know if I can take advil or Tylenol or whatever with the prescribed anti inflammatory and what % angle I should set the traction machine that they both suggested I buy and I sent that email to both Dr's. The response I got from Dr Jupinas assistant or whoever answers emails that I needed to ask Dr Liu and the person that answers Dr Lius emails said that I needed to make an appointment to discuss pain management with the doctor, REALLY, I just had that appointment that cost me a few hundred dollars and the appointment lasted about 5 minutes! You can't answer me a simple question on email about medication??? I am done with this organization. I like both doctors but I am not going to continue throwing out thousands of dollars when nothing has worked thus far and can't get a simple answer on email. Why even have email if this is the way its going to be used! REALY DISAPPOINTED IN TRI VALLEY!!
