Estimate only… After speaking with the representative several times and finally getting a date that worked out for me and my tenant. On the day of the estimate I was told that they only do jobs that were $4000 more. this was never told to me prior to making an appointment. We continued with the appointment the representative showed up in his new Tesla. We proceeded to do the estimate and he let us know that the job cost $10,700. Mind you this is a very small bathroom and it was a partial remodel which was told to this company upfront. He even admitted the job could be done for $2,000to $3,000. so how did he come up with a $10,000 estimate. I understand this is a big company but big companies have to know that little jobs can lead to big Jobs. This isn’t the only property I own and as a matter of fact I have a home that’s 4000 ft.² that I was looking to do some remodeling but trying to find a trustworthy company. Also the house that the estimate was done on is not in the best area however I was looking to do an ADU on this property as well. Clearly this company is all about money and it should be listed before you recommend it to individuals who are relying on your services.
