"We are sorry to hear of this customer's experience. We hired a new receptionist and it did not work out. We are finding out through other venues that this was apparently common. we have since made the adjustment and hired a new receptionist. We are always concerned about follow up and apologize to this customer and any others who might have been missed. This has been a very challenging year as we have been very busy with a long back log. This is frustrating to all and really effects our ability to do things in a timely manor. We are finding there has been a considerable amount of attrition in the trades and many are retiring and getting out of the business and not to many are coming back in. This is causing an influx of work with not enough trades contractors to handle the requests. We are trying to keep up with the pace, but is a challenge. Again we are soory for the mistakes and will try and get better."

Bob came out within a couple of days of initial call to review job and was able to quote bid before leaving.
He was very flexible to the start date as I was waiting for a patio door to arrive that held the painting up a bit. When the patio door came in 2 weeks earlier than expected Bob was able to adjust on the fly and begin my project within a couple of days.
The total process took about 3 days, washing one day and two days of painting which I appreciated because I had other projects lined up behind it and couldn't proceed until painting was done.
I also had them paint and replace shutters. One of my shutters came in damaged so they had to come back which they did once I had it replaced (about 3 weeks later).
All and all they did great work and I am really enjoying the new look of my house. They are very reasonably priced and I would hesitate to hire again.
My only critique is that I would have like to have seen the owner at the house a little more. I had to give instructions to their workers on items that would have been missed during the my initial conversation with the owner.
