AK CHEM DRY

I contacted AK Chen Dry to set up an appointment to have a rug cleaned. I have used them in the past and was always happy with their work. I left messages on their answering machine on Monday and Tuesday. When I didn't hear back from them, I sent an e-mail request and received back a confirmation saying they would contact me in the next 48 hours to confirm an appointment date. That was over a week ago! May be they have new office help or new management. Will be finding someone else to clean my carpet.

Our technicians (Arturo and Elizabeth) were very courteous and respectful of our home. They placed protection on their shoes to avoid soiling the damp carpet. I appreciated that Elizabeth spent extra time on our stairs to ensure the high use soiled area of the steps were cleaned well avoiding any coloration issues after the carpet dried. Arturo pointed out some of the problem areas we had near the exterior doorway,, from a distance I observed Arturo as he raised the nap of the carpet and applied extra treatment to the area for a deeper cleaning. After the crew left, the carpet was damp to touch. The nap was raised and combed methodically,, it looked BRAND NEW. We allowed the carpet to dry undisturbed overnight,,, upon inspection in the morning, we were very pleased with the quality of the cleaning done to our carpet. All travel patterns were gone and the coloration was even. We have 5 Cocker Spaniels (retired show dogs) , with occasional puppies who love to play,,, on WHITE carpet. We are pleased with the results, reasonable pricing, and will request this service on a regular basis. The cleaning crew were prompt and arrived at the time promised. The cleaning process took about 2 hours time. Both Arturo and Elizabeth were focused on getting the results I wanted,, and their questions assured Customer Satisfaction. Upon completion, cleanup was through and efficient. This customer is VERY satisfied and happy.

They made extra effort to fit me into their schedule when it was convenient for me. They were very courteous and respectful of my home and furnishings as they did their work. The carpet looked new when they left. The Chem Dry product dried very quickly. I didn't have wet carpet for days like I've experienced with other carpet cleaners.

The price included a more deep stain removal type of cleaning. There was a team of two people and they didn't require any of my help to move the furniture around. They worked on their own one room at a time and finished the job quickly. They did a good job.
