Partial replacement of flat roof hot mopped, professionally completed. I would hire again if necessary.

Took a very long time to get scheduled after getting my estimate. Job was very sloppy and they did not pay their supplier. Also charged me $400.00 more than what we agreed on.

Jaime was good at taking care of the project, whenever I asked him to do something he did it very well!!

It has not really rained so don't know for sure if the leaks have been fixed. Asked about any warranty and did not receive any definite answer. He did give me his phone number and assured me that any problems would be handled quickly.

The work done was fine. However, we were promised that when they were done, we would not even know they had been there. Well that was wrong. They never told us that we would have such a mess in our garage. We would have covered everything. When they were done there were roofing nails in our driveway, in our yard and all over our back living space and side of the house. Tar from the old roof and old roof pieces were everywhere. It took my husband and myself two full days to clean everything up and that was after they had been called back to clean up again. Very disappointing. My husband had to scrub our driveway to get the tar substance off. The roof is great but now I feel like I am waiting for the other shoe to drop or the other piece of old roofing which actually has happened each day. The rep's answer to us was - "yeah that is the biggest problem I have had with this crew" Really" Then where were you when it was completed and was supposed to be all cleaned up?

They did excellent work at a fair cost

I only had a few holes in the roof and they saw all the the cracks in the old seals. They fixed all the patches and removed the old seals, then reseated everything. I liked that he showed all before and after pictures as proof the the work was done.

Sebastian was very knowledable and confident. He Explained what needed to be done and took before and after pictures. Reasonable cost. It hasn't rained yet so I'm not 100% sure if there are no longer any leaks, but Sebastian made it clear that there would not be any problems . I would recommend them.

Jaime was very flexible in scheduling and delivered service as promised at a very fair price. Hired to replace ridge shingles.

Jaime completely the job quickly and pointed out areas of concern that I may need to address in the future.

Sabatian is very good at what he does and a very nice person. My only complaint is that he was ab hour later than he said he would be at the house on the day of the work. So until he showed up I wasnt sure if he would come over to do the work. When showed up every thing was all good and the work he and the guys did was exactly what i would expect from professionals, thanks you all

Due to delay on other project, they started my work one day late, but satisfactorily completed the work on that day. Did a good job.

Rick, and the Cal State team are proactive while focused on quality. However, with that said, customers should make sure they are involved throughout the entire process via their presence and articulating needs.

I needed a number of cracked and broken tiles on my roof repaired, debris cleaned from valleys in my roof, and gaps between structures and my roof filled in with metal separators. I was very pleased with the attention to detail and passion for roofing that Sebastian showed. He was prompt and did a quality job. Cal State Roofing was able to schedule the appointment quickly and I did not need to take off too much time from work when the roofers came.
