I had a water leak in my master bathroom stall, and wanted to replace the shower door as part of an attempt to cure that problem, plus I never liked the previous shower door.
I had a separate contractor remove the old door, so Empire Shower Doors only job was to buy and install a new door, which may add to the low cost..
The estimator showed up with information, brochures, pictures and so on to help me select the new door. I described the leak, and said there was too much water coming off the old shower door, with water falling into the bathroom floor.
When the estimator left, I was confident I would be getting exactly what I wanted, both in appearance and a better functioning door to control the water spill problem.
I was advised it would be anywhere from one to two weeks depending on whether they had the door in stock. As it turned out, it was more like three weeks, but this is not a problem for me. This was the only area where I think they could improve. Other people might find an extra week to be a scheduling problem.
The installer arrived on the day and time promised, and made some very good decisions and last-minute suggestions, and I am very pleased with the work and price.
A good company and I would recommend them to anyone.
I will definitely contact them again when I need some assistance with our (relatively new) shower.
