Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Moreno Valley, California

Everyone at Truly Nolan was nice and helpful. Chad Ambrose Jr. was above and beyond professional and hardworking. He really took the time (on a very hot day) to do a thorough job. I think there were over 22 wasp nests that he knocked down and several spider webs throughout the yard. I was totally satisfied with his work and his explanation of what he did. He is very professional and serious about his work and quality of work done.

Been with Company many years. Adapted during COVID with their Help issues by requesting after 3pm service and day before notification. We did this because our technician would be a new guy each time. We have dogs and need to show (train) him what areas are treatable without impacting their health. Trainer at this house is available after 3pm, not before. Worked well until they lost their manager and the routes are being run by the employees. Ask to speak to a manage and you'll get a pretend one. No living breathing manager is that rude at Customer Service. They now show up whenever and tell you, YOUR LUCKY WE EVEN HAVE SOMEONE TO SHOW UP.

Fine. We can call them in between regular service dates if needed. We appreciate that. Cost seems reasonable.

Very well, the company came out a week prior to tenting the house, explained everything evolved in tenting the house, they showed up on time and went right to work. The crew worked with me on the interior opening all cabinets and drawers. The house was covered for 2 1/2 days. The gas was added a little late as SoCal Gas was late to shut off the natural gas to the house, so they added extra gas for what was a shorter time frame. When they were supposed to vent the gas out, they also were a little late so the gas was in the house longer than normal which was ok (more time to kill termites). Removal of the tarps was quick, clean up was good and follow up with my representative was awesome. I would recommend Truly Nolan for your termite control.

I've used Truly Nolan for several years, they are by far the best. When we lived in Redlands, we had those disgusting giant water bug/roaches, this was the only company that got rid of them, the only ones I saw were dead! We get the seasonal service year round, their customer service is always friendly and prompt. I would never use another company!

Truly Nolen has service my home for over 8 years and I am very happy with the services they provide. I have a full inside-outside extermination contract for every bug or rodent imaginable from ants to termites and even carpenter bees as well as mice. They take their work seriously and are very professional about it. Thanks to Truly Nolen I don't have to worry about any kind of pest at all.
