Pawz Fur Beauty-Mobile Dog Grooming

The first time I called Pawz, I left a message and got a call back from Juanita, the owner, within a short amount of time. Juanita asked many pertinent questions and was very thorough with what she needed to know in order to make this a good experience for Daisy. Both times I have called to schedule an appointment, I have been lucky to get an one within a reasonable amount of time. The groomer who came to our home, Ananda, is a wonderful young man who is very knowledgeable and patient. He was on time each visit. Daisy is very particular about who can hold her, and she went to Ananda both times without hesitation. It was great to know I was close by and she did not have to be gone for 3+ hours. I looked in the van on both occasions, and both times it was clean and neat. I was within hearing distance and did not hear a sound from Daisy at all. She looked beautiful and smelled wonderful after her sessions. Pawz will be our forever groomers, they rock!
I was very happy to see the purple Pawz van at a fundraiser last month for the animal shelter and was very happy. It was nice to see them supporting this event. It was a pleasure to meet Juanita and one of her groomers in person. She is just as lovely in person as she is over the phone. Great company, great groomers.

My long coat/soft coat Malamute is three years old and since he was four months old he has had ONLY one groomer. This previous groomer came to the house every four weeks. When she deliberately used something I had asked her not to, our long term relationship came to an end and it was a desperate search on my part to find a mobile groomer. Juanita is the owner of Pawz Fur Beauty and she was OUTSTANDING as far as customer service, putting my fears to rest, talking about what they could do for me and setting me up with her newest groomer, a gentleman named Ananda. They did not require me to drug my dog (unlike the previous groomer), and did a FANTASTIC job on our first appointment. I have been used to the groomer never being on time and Ananda was thirty minutes early to get acquainted with my dog. He was very professional, Whiskey appeared to have an easy experience and we are booked for every four weeks through the end of the year. The only thing I would have him do differently, was my dog was slightly damp on the stomach. So as we get into winter weather, that will take a little more drying time. I am hoping to have a long and happy relationship with Pawz Fur Beauty. If they (both owner and groomer) treat every customer in the fashion I was treated, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
