The service department was consistently rude and indifferent. On too many occasions they would try to suggest repairs that I didn't ask for.

We are pleased with them. We have two Toyota Prius and we take them there. We are happy with their service. I have been going there for 4 years. The staff is very friendly and nice. The price was a little less than I expected it to be. They are always fair with the price. He finished it in 45 minutes. They are very good about setting up their time, giving you an appointment time, being there and being ready.

Virtually every appointment I have with these folks is outstanding. I feel like a VIP every time I go there. They are both professional and also very personabe. Always very careful to fully explain everything they are doing and any issues they find with my vehicles. They have a shuttle service to take you home and pick you up if you need it. Also their prices are very reasonable.
