My little poodle got out of the house as I had just arrived in Los Osos from my home in Vernal Utah. I wanted to put the California home up for sale but had not contacted anyone, yet. I went out to find Tootie and he had found Cindy on the other side of the hill. We talked and she showed me a house that she had up for sale on the same street as mine. I liked her straightaway. She has a wonderful personality and was very professional. I decided to use Cindy to sell my house. She listened to my concerns and answered them. She was very honest with the housing market currently and that it is a buyers market, not a sellers. She took beautiful photos that showed the beauty of my location. I went back and forth to keep or sell and she was ALWAYS so kind and patient and let good advice, never pushing me to sell. She just wanted me to be happy with the decision I made. Needless to say, after my home being on the market for a few months and not getting the price I wanted I took it off the market. I have since started to remodel and Cindy has come to check on me every week and even borrowed some sweats to help paint a bathroom. Now, how many real estate agents would do that. She is just the best around. She cares about you and is very professional. I am thinking of making the home a vacation rental and WILL BE asking her to take care of that. LOVE THIS AGENT.
