The plumber was on time. He repaired the problem. He made recommendations for future repair for a reasonable price. I will use him for the future repair. When ever I need plumbing work I will call him and recommend him to my friends.

They were great! Had we not moved, they would be my plumber of choice.

When an appointment is made it is subject to change. Initially they called a couple of days in advance and asked if they could come. I allowed them to come early. This time around they wanted to come a couple of days earlier and I was not able to accommodate that request. We set the appointment for today at noon. They have not showed up nor have they called. I tried to call them and got no answer.

It was mediocre. They came and did the job. But then, we had to have it fixed by another plumbing company.

It went perfectly. Bart arrived on time and diligently did everything that fell within the "Big Deal". He also provided practical advice when I asked him about other potential plumbing projects. I was actually prepared to have him do additional work, and he said it really wasn't necessary. He is trustworthy and credible, and he certainly earned himself a long-term customer in us.

First of all he arrived exactly on time of the appointment,baron the owner greeted me with a warm smile!Proceed to start the job kept me informed and also advised me how to improve to avoided future problems withiout any pressure just information! If your looking for a honest,trustworthy company this is it I highly recommend them.

I don't have time to give you all of the details. Baron (the owner) is prompt, reliable, efficient, intelligent and polite. His company was recommended by my realtor, who knows good contractors because she has constant need of good service people, and she has never steered me wrongly!

Baron, the owner, called us after another plumber referred us to him. He was professional on the phone and not at all aggressive. He explained his services clearly, and when I told him that we would contact him in a month, there was absolutely no pressure nor "followup" calls. When we called back one month later, I was unable to get a response for several days despite numerous calls; he reported that the phone company had disrupted his service and that it took him several days to discover the problem. He was 1 hour late for the scheduled appointment and did not call to let us know that he would be late. Once he arrived, however, he was extremely professional, efficient and exhibited excellent workmanship. His price was exactly what was quoted and there was no attempt to upsell. His price was extremely competitive, and the work was faultless. I would definitely use him in the future and recommend him to others.

I had to have the water main replaced when I bought a foreclosure property. Baron and his guys did that for me faster and cheaper than anyone else I interviewed would- and I interviewed three others. I was so happy with their work, that I've had them do about three other projects for me since then- a gas line, a toilet and a cleanout. They show up on time, are well staffed, friendly, and get the job done for less expense than others. They will continue to get my business!

I broke the float on my toilet during a time when I was in a deadline crunch for a paper and has no time to deal with it. Baron came out on a Sunday afternoon, fixed it (with a replacement) and only charged me for the housecall. This is consistent with all of my experiences with these guys- they try their best to come as soon as they can when you call, and they're always reasonable with the pricing- no gouge.

The owner was very nice. He was fair and personable. I felt he went above and beyond. He was very courteous and customer oriented.

They were referred to me and I was very happy. They did excellent work and knew what they were doing. It was an emergency situation and I did not compare prices, but it seemed like a fair price to me.
